The hotel with bold Indochinese architecture located on the shore of West Lake has witnessed countless ups and downs, but what Sheraton Hanoi has still carefully preserved for 2 decades is its prestige and dedication to customers. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of its birthday, Sheraton Hanoi Hotel specially launched the Mooncake Collection called "Legacy".

First introduced to customers in 2007, the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel's mooncakes were created and handcrafted by artisan bakers, under the guidance of Chef Nguyen Thi Hong Ly and Executive Chef Nguyen Cong Chung, and have always held a special place in the hearts of customers. Each cake is not only imbued with the familiar flavors of the moon-watching festival, but also the breath of the times skillfully interwoven, which is the promise of quality and 5-star class of the Sheraton brand, perfectly preserved throughout the journey of nearly 2 decades.

This full moon season, the artisans of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel bring 6 unique mooncake flavors:

- Baked cake with green tea, lotus seeds and dried apricot filling

- Raspberry and pumpkin seed pie

- Traditional mixed fruit baked cake

- Baked cake with black sesame and cashew filling

- Baked cake with red bean and salted egg filling

- Baked cake with lotus seed, walnut and salted egg filling

The collection uses the architectural features of Sheraton Hanoi as the main design style. These are the classic tiled roofs that have welcomed many guests, the full moon shining gently on the once famous building in Hanoi. The struggle to find a point of contact between the brand and the moment when all things intersect on the Mid-Autumn Festival has been recreated through the waves created from the patterns on the hotel's logo and the colors representing the elements formed from heaven, earth and water.
