2024 marks a particularly important milestone for the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel as it celebrates its 20th anniversary. Located on the shores of West Lake, this hotel, with its distinctive Indochinese architecture, has witnessed countless ups and downs, but what the Sheraton Hanoi has carefully preserved throughout these two decades is its reputation and dedication to its guests. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel is launching a special Mid-Autumn Festival mooncake collection called "Legacy".

First introduced to customers in 2007, the mooncakes of the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel are handcrafted by skilled pastry chefs under the guidance of Executive Pastry Chef Nguyen Thi Hong Ly and General Chef Nguyen Cong Chung, and have since held a special place in the hearts of customers. Each mooncake embodies not only the familiar flavors of the Mid-Autumn Festival but also a skillful blend of contemporary style – a promise of quality and 5-star standard from the Sheraton brand, perfectly preserved throughout its nearly two-decade journey.

This year, for the full moon festival, the artisans at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel present six unique mooncake flavors:
- Baked mooncakes with green tea, lotus seed, and dried apricot filling.
- Baked bread with raspberry and pumpkin seed filling
- Traditional mixed-filling baked pastries
- Baked pastries with black sesame and cashew filling
- Baked mooncakes with red bean and salted egg yolk filling
- Baked mooncakes with lotus seed, walnut, and salted egg yolk filling.

The collection utilizes the distinctive architectural features of the Sheraton Hanoi as its main design style. These include the classic tiled roofs that have welcomed countless guests, and the gentle glow of the full moon on this once-famous Hanoi landmark. The quest for a connection between the brand and the moment of convergence during the Mid-Autumn Festival is recreated through the wave-like patterns on the hotel's iconic imagery and the colors representing the elements of heaven, earth, and water.

Sharing more about the collection, Ms. Tiffany Hwang, General Manager of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, expressed: “The 'Legacy' collection is a special tribute to our valued customers who have made significant contributions to the milestones that Sheraton Hanoi Hotel has achieved over the past 20 years, from the very first brick laid to its position as one of the most prestigious 5-star hotels in the heart of Hanoi. At the same time, it is also Sheraton Hanoi's most sincere wish to our customers for a joyful, complete, and fulfilling Mid-Autumn Festival.”
