Pho-flavored cocktail
Upon hearing the name, many diners will wonder about the flavor of this unusual drink. The creator is a bartender who used to work at a pho restaurant, so perhaps the rich and appealing flavor of pho broth was his inspiration when he started his journey into cocktail making.

Pham Tien Tiep (the creator of the pho cocktail, currently working at the Metropole Hotel in Hanoi) said that the ingredients for this drink include the same components used in pho broth, such as cinnamon, star anise, and cardamom. The mixture is then poured into a self-designed stainless steel rod and ignited with gin and Cointreau. Finally, he mixes lime juice, sugar syrup, coriander, and the mixture, then shakes it well. The cocktail is served with a plate of chili peppers.
The aroma of the spices in pho will pique diners' curiosity and make them eager to try it. Initially, the drinker might be hesitant due to the characteristic spiciness of the alcohol, blended with cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, and coriander, but they will increasingly want to continue drinking. The aftertaste lingers in the mouth and nose.
Cocktail snail dipping sauce
Besides pho broth, Tiep also created a very special cocktail, also inspired by Vietnamese cuisine. It's a snail dipping sauce cocktail. The ingredients include lemongrass, ginger, chili peppers, kumquat, fish sauce, and a few lime leaves.

The origin of this cocktail comes from when Pham Tien Tiep was asked to create a cocktail that tasted like fish sauce but didn't smell like fish sauce. Coincidentally, while eating snails with friends, Tiep came up with the idea to create a drink using this famous snail dipping sauce.
After numerous trials that didn't satisfy him, the bartender finally decided to add a little egg white to create the most authentic flavor, one that most closely resembled snail dipping sauce. The ingredients—ginger, lemongrass, chili peppers, lime leaves, etc.—were finely ground together with fish sauce, then shaken well with egg white, and finally, rice wine was added.
This cocktail has a refreshing lemongrass aroma, a tangy lime flavor, and a sweet yet salty fish sauce note. When drinking it, diners can also sense a hint of creamy egg white, making it very appealing.

This cocktail, with its rather long name: "Wakey, Wakey, Mary, Eggs and Bacey," is the perfect choice for those who have just had a long, tiring day, haven't had dinner yet, or are starving. It's made with Bloody Mary liqueur, heated sauce, and Irish stout.
The highlight of this drink lies in its rather "protein-rich" toppings, which don't have a fixed recipe but usually include: quail eggs, bacon, grilled cheese sandwiches... You can enjoy a delicious drink while saving time on dinner. A glass of this drink with food costs $10, and the most famous place to order Wakey, Wakey, Mary, Eggs and Bacey is at Chapel Tavern in Nevada, USA.

Similar to Wakey, Wakey, Mary, Eggs, and Bacey, this cocktail is inspired by the enticing aroma of pizza. You can order this "filling" drink at the Italian-style Trattoria Neapolis in California (USA).
A special blend of spirits is mixed with tomato juice, cinnamon and pepper vodka, porcini powder, and a touch of basil—just like the ingredients for a traditional pizza. It sounds strange, but most diners who have tried this cocktail are very pleased with it.
