A symphony of Asian and European cuisine for the festive season.
According to Mr. Le Anh Nam, Food & Beverage Manager of the hotel, Sheraton Hanoi West's festive culinary activities this year are designed around the theme "winter symphony," combining international dishes with familiar choices of Asian and Vietnamese cuisine. Most of the special menus are served in the "market" area, and the Sky bar offers a space for evening parties and festive drinks.
Asian and Vietnamese dishes were included in the festival menu to suit the diverse tastes of guests.

This year's Christmas and New Year menu clearly reflects an international spirit through dishes with a distinct European culinary flair: caprese salad, French-style lobster bisque, wagyu MB5 rossini with truffle and wine sauce, Canadian lobster with caviar, Angus beef tenderloin, lamb chops, or lobster and cod with asparagus and lemon sauce, offering a richness of flavor and the refined feel of a true festive feast.
The desserts were also meticulously prepared, featuring festive treats like gingerbread cheesecake, yule log, and apple velvet mousse. Their balanced sweetness, soft texture, and exquisite presentation created a perfect ending to the meal.
Typical Christmas and New Year desserts
Alongside European dishes, the menu retains its Asian and Vietnamese identity through familiar options such as lobster, hot pot, and rice rolls. The blend of tradition and innovation makes the menu suitable for the diverse tastes of both domestic and international guests.
In addition to Christmas dinners, the hotel also offers a special buffet on December 31st in the "market" area, featuring familiar end-of-year feast dishes: seafood prepared with various sauces, roast goose stuffed with chestnuts, honey-glazed ham with Dijon mustard, prime rib roast, or BBQ brisket. Beef Wellington – a dish commonly served during Christmas and New Year in many Western countries – continues to be a popular choice thanks to its distinctive flavor and elegant presentation.
Beef Wellington, with its pastry crust and roasted beef filling, is a familiar dish on festive menus.
"We want each menu to function like a symphony, where European and Asian dishes blend together while still maintaining their distinct characteristics. The important thing is not just the taste, but also the festive feeling and suitability for each group of customers," Nam shared.
Nighttime party space & festive drinks
Aiming to create a festive atmosphere in the evening, Sky Bar is a space for night parties, especially on the countdown night of December 31st. With its open space overlooking the My Dinh area, soft lighting, and live music, it's perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
During this time, the bar serves festive cocktails, sparkling drinks, and offers activities such as countdowns, live bands, and champagne toasts at midnight. It's also a popular spot for guests to watch the fireworks from above.

Located on Le Duc Tho Street, near the National Stadium, the hotel offers convenient access to the convention center, commercial areas, and major transportation routes, making it suitable for event attendees or those on short trips.
Adapting to the diverse tastes of domestic and international customers.
The hotel noted a clear difference between the two groups of guests. Domestic guests sought a place where they could enjoy food, socialize, and relax with family during the holiday season. Conversely, international guests often looked for things that made them feel familiar while away from home, such as Christmas trees, gingerbread, cinnamon, or familiar Christmas dishes.
Domestic travelers are looking for places where they can enjoy delicious food, socialize, and relax with family during the year-end holidays.

To meet these diverse needs, the hotel adjusts its menu according to each guest group. During periods of increased demand from Korean, Indian, or Japanese guests, the kitchen will add signature dishes from each cuisine. Information regarding ingredient sourcing, sustainability standards, and nutritional value is also given greater attention to align with healthy eating trends.
With its diverse menu, open-air setting, and year-end party activities, the hotel offers a wide range of options for the 2025 holiday season. Here, diners can fully enjoy dinner, festive activities, and the countdown atmosphere in a "winter symphony" brimming with culinary delights and experiences.
