This April, Duc Bao restaurant (Gartenstadt) introduces a collection of delicious dishes made from a highly nutritious fish from the deep sea – Greenland halibut.

The skillful combination of carefully selected fresh ingredients and innovative cooking methods results in a diverse menu featuring dishes such as grilled flounder with cherry tomatoes, fresh oranges, and Italian vinegar; steamed flounder with passion fruit sauce; stir-fried flounder with baked mushrooms and cheese; and crispy fried flounder patties. Price: 380,000++ VND/set.

As the city's oldest German restaurant, Duc Bao has contributed to introducing many traditional German flavors to Vietnam, such as sausages, roast pork with sour sauce, and roasted pork knuckle. The restaurant's distinctive wooden bar has become a familiar meeting place for locals and international guests to enjoy two famous beers, Krombacher and Schneider Weisse, imported from Germany, along with a collection of renowned liqueurs.
