Peggy had a very special recipe for the drink that only she knew. On her wedding night, she mixed a glass of wine with the passionate taste of love, and placed a rooster's tail feather on the glass as a symbol of a good and happy start. Since then, Cocktail (Rooster's Tail) has become the name for creative mixed drinks today.
