There are countless stories surrounding the origin of cocktails, but the romantic tale of Peggy, the beautiful daughter of a bar owner, who was proposed to by a sailor with a rooster as a reward for his successful voyage and promotion, is particularly memorable. Peggy had a very special recipe for her drink, known only to her. On her wedding night, she mixed a celebratory cocktail with the intoxicating scent of love, and placed a rooster's tail feather on the glass as a symbol of a good and happy beginning. From then on, the "Rooster Tail Cocktail" became the name for the creatively crafted cocktails we know today.
