Recently, the French restaurant Bonne Vie brought a completely new experience to the people of Hai Phong city: “Bonne Vie - The Culinary House”. Not only was it the first French culinary demonstration event held in the city of red flamboyant flowers, “Bonne Vie - The Culinary House” also marked the official launch of Bonne Vie, a restaurant with a classic French style, specializing in serving high-end French and Asian cuisine.

For this event, Bonne Vie restaurant showcased and shared the recipes for dishes on its menu, conveying the message that cuisine is about sharing and connecting. Bonne Vie specially invited Chef Don Dinh – a chef originally from Hai Phong with over 20 years of experience in Canada – to directly oversee the culinary aspects and be in charge of the new menu at Bonne Vie restaurant.

All the performances and dishes at the event were prepared by Chef Don Dinh himself. Indeed, the guests were treated to a spectacular demonstration of preparing Bouillabaise soup – one of the proud specialties of French cuisine – and baked lobster served with brown rice, seafood, grains, and French cream sauce. Diva Thanh Lam, Miss Global Businesswoman runner-up Hoa Vy, and many other businesspeople and celebrities present at the event enthusiastically tasted the dishes at their tables and engaged in lively discussions about the cuisine.

In addition, Chef Don Dinh shared many interesting insights about French cuisine and directly revealed many secrets of the art of cooking. He said: "My greatest passion is to elevate Vietnamese cuisine and bring the finest international culinary traditions to diners in Vietnam in general and Hai Phong in particular."

On this occasion, Bonne Vie also officially launches its new menu starting from just 90,000++ VND, combining French cooking styles with familiar Vietnamese ingredients such as black sticky rice and saffron... with many special offers for 2-course and 3-course sets. This new menu will be served from November 9th, 2019, and is prepared by the talented team of chefs at Bonne Vie restaurant.
