Recently, the French restaurant Bonne Vie brought a completely new experience to the people of Hai Phong city: “Bonne Vie - The House of Cuisine”. Not only is it the first French culinary performance event held in the city of red phoenix flowers, “Bonne Vie - The House of Cuisine” is also the official launching event of Bonne Vie, a classic French-style restaurant, specializing in serving high-class French and Asian dishes.

For this event, Bonne Vie restaurant performed and shared recipes of dishes on the restaurant's menu with the message that food is for sharing and connecting. Bonne Vie specially invited Chef Don Dinh - a Hai Phong-born chef with over 20 years of experience in the profession in Canada - to directly direct the culinary part and be in charge of the new menu at Bonne Vie restaurant.

Indeed, the guests attending the event were delighted with the demonstration of how to prepare Bouillabaise soup - one of the prides of French cuisine and baked lobster served with brown rice, seafood, cereals and French cream sauce. This new menu is served from November 9, 2019 by the talented chef team at Bonne Vie restaurant.
