Sichuan guest chef arrives at Li Bai restaurant

From August 1 to August 16, Li Bai restaurant will introduce to diners the delicious specialties of the famous and long-standing Sichuan cuisine, created by two guest chefs from the five-star Westin Chongqing Liberation Square hotel in Chongqing.

Enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine with beef tendon and tongue boiled in chili sauce, seafood stewed in hot and sour soup, fried chili crab, river fish stewed with garlic and chili, Mapo tofu, Dandan noodles and many other typical delicacies that will surely bring diners a real experience of Sichuan culinary culture.
