Guest chef from Sichuan visits Li Bai restaurant.

From August 1st to August 16th, Li Bai restaurant will introduce diners to the signature delicacies of renowned and long-standing Sichuan cuisine, prepared by two guest chefs from the five-star Westin Chongqing Liberation Square Hotel in Chongqing.

Enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine with dishes like boiled beef tendon and tongue in chili sauce, spicy and sour seafood stew, chili-fried crab, river fish stewed with garlic and chili, Mapo tofu, Dandan noodles, and many other signature delicacies that are sure to give diners a genuine experience of Sichuan culinary culture.
