1. La Villa French Restaurant
Located on a quiet street in Thao Dien, La Villa preserves the tradition of traditional French cuisine in a spacious, pleasant space. For over 12 years, Chef Thierry and his wife Tina have been welcoming guests to La Villa and are always happy to introduce the traditions behind fine French cuisine.

Chef Thierry Mounon always dreamed of creating a special place where he could freely explore the wonders of French cuisine. In 2010, Thierry came to Ho Chi Minh City, embarking on a remarkable culinary business with his wife, Tina Trang Pham. Together, they opened La Villa, which, after more than 10 years of operation, officially won the Michelin-starred restaurant title in 2023.
Each dish is carefully prepared by chef Thierry Mounon, using only the finest ingredients to give everyone the opportunity to taste classic French dishes right in the heart of Saigon.

2. Trois Gourmands
Set in a tropical garden, Trois Gourmands restaurant is the perfect place for a romantic business dinner or a get-together with friends. The interior is simply and elegantly furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The warm hospitality of the owner and staff is a big plus for Trois Gourmands.

Trois Gourmands opened in 2004 and is considered one of the best French restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City. Originally named Le Toit Gourmand, the restaurant was founded by Gils, a native of South East France, who has dedicated himself to excellence in French cuisine. Gils’s Sommelier background and genuine passion for French wines has led him to import his own selection of wines to create a unique and diverse wine cellar for Trois Gourmands.

Coming to Trois Gourmands, diners cannot miss Foie Gras Poêlé - the perfect blend of grilled goose liver and fruits; or Crème Brûlée, a wonderful dessert with a layer of crispy caramel sugar covering the smooth vanilla ice cream.

3. Le Corto
Renowned French chef Sakal Pheeung founded Le Corto in 2016. With over 15 years of experience working at many 5-star hotels and also being the president of Les Disciples D'escoffier Vietnam, Sakal Phoeung is known as a "talented conductor" in the combination of foods.
Sakal maintains the traditional cooking style with basic ingredients and spices, but he has made changes to suit the local environment. The dishes still have the typical French flavor, but the chef uses local spices such as pennywort or watercress to decorate the dishes. This skillful and skillful combination further enhances the flavor, increasing the culinary exchange between France and Vietnam.

Le Corto's space is quite classic, somber but also modern.
