New flavors from Burrata cheese

Burrata is a fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The thin outer rind is the curd of the mozzarella while the inside contains a mixture of curd and cream. Burrata means "butter" in Italian, it has a mild and creamy flavor, and is served fresh at room temperature.

The chefs at Basilico restaurant are pleased to invite you to experience the menu with special dishes made with Burrata cheese flavor, one of the typical flavors of Italian cuisine. With its rich flavor and smooth texture like butter, burrata cheese will be the highlight of the dish to add more flavor.
