(*) Te Amo: means "I love you" in Spanish.

In Spain, don't be surprised if your local friend offers you tapas – an appetizer served at 10 pm that lasts until 3 am. Nothing beats a late-night chat with friends while enjoying beer and tapas.

When talking about tapas, you certainly can't miss the famous spicy pork sausage, Chorizo. Spaniards consider Chorizo the soul of their cuisine. Chorizo has a distinctive spiciness from Spanish paprika, and is slightly salty compared to Vietnamese tastes. You can enjoy Chorizo with a slice of toasted bread, cashews, and a cold beer.
Another dish that easily wins hearts worldwide on tapas menus is Albóndigas meatballs. Typically, mothers will mix a variety of ingredients, from meat, eggs, flour, to onions, breadcrumbs, and spices, to create these delicious meatballs. This is also the main ingredient for Albóndigas soup, a traditional meatball soup with mint and herbs, often enjoyed on sick days.

Of course, we can't overlook other delicious dishes in the "tapas house" such as: crispy fried squid Calamares Fritos, bacon-wrapped bread Croque De Jamon, grilled eggplant Berenjenas Gratinadas… The dishes on the tapas menu are all small and uncomplicated; sometimes diners only need a toothpick to skewer an olive, a slice of cheese, and a piece of toasted bread.
In particular, cold tapas with cheese dipped in olive oil, served with bread and dried fruit, are irresistibly appealing. It's a delightful culinary experience to savor the rich, creamy Camembert cheese with hints of mushrooms and nuts, made from cow's milk; the soft Brie cheese reminiscent of milk cream; and the strong, bold Blue Cheese…
