In particular, you may be surprised to see many dishes displayed on a layer of white, translucent wax paper. Not only does it absorb excess oil in fried dishes, this odorless wax paper also helps keep ingredients fresh longer (in salads), prevents food from coming into direct contact with charcoal (in grilled dishes), and prevents bacteria from penetrating from the ice cubes (in salads). If you want to enjoy La Cod's "signature dish", you can start with Seaweed Salad and Red Crab Roe, with fresh seaweed carefully prepared in ice water, red crab roe and crab meat for added protein and sesame sauce for added fat and aroma. More unique is the Stonefish with black pepper sauce with herbs and potatoes, served with butter rice. This is a type of fish with white and crispy meat - when grilled in black pepper sauce, Stonefish will create a characteristic aroma and high nutritional content, very good for health.

Grilled lobster with coffee sauce and stir-fried vegetables is also a unique variation, when fresh lobster is cut in half, then baked in wax paper with coffee sauce at high temperature. The wax paper will help the lobster meat not lose water, not directly contact with charcoal or stove and more delicious when soaked in coffee sauce. Add a pot of French seafood hotpot with broth cooked from a mixture of seafood for 2 hours, combined with turmeric and coriander to increase the irresistible aroma.
