Private room
Sorae has 12 private rooms with different areas to suit the purpose and needs of customers. 7 of them are Ryotei, Hinata, Koi, Saruka, Niwa, Zen, Zinga with a capacity of 8 people, suitable for families and groups of friends. 5 of them are Geisha, Misora, Fujiyama, Yozora with a capacity of more than 10 people, very suitable for business meetings, private events such as parties or birthdays.
Last April, Sorae restaurant proudly introduced two new private rooms on the 25th floor, called Shinuu and Hoshi, which can be combined and accommodate up to 32 people. With 14 rooms, Sorae became the Japanese restaurant with the largest number of private rooms in Saigon.

Omakase Menu
Combining fresh imported high quality ingredients and creative interpretations of traditional Japanese dishes with a fusion of East and West culinary styles, Chef Danny Yong has created a special menu: Omakase menu - from extremely attractive appetizers to main courses selected from seafood such as Japanese salmon, scallops, genuine Wagyu beef.
To ensure food quality and high culinary standards, Sorae's Omakase menu is priced from 2,690,000++/person with a minimum of 8 guests and 3 days advance booking.
Enjoy Japanese Sendai Wagyu beef
Wagyu is the general name of Japanese cattle breeds, a specialty livestock of the Land of the Rising Sun. The characteristic of premium Wagyu beef is the white fat marbling distributed between the red meat fibers in similar proportions. The meat and fat components are evenly distributed, making the meat both soft and flavorful, and so tender that it almost melts in the mouth.
