Private room
Sorae has 12 private rooms of varying sizes to suit different purposes and customer needs. Seven of them—Ryotei, Hinata, Koi, Saruka, Niwa, Zen, and Zinga—can accommodate 8 people, suitable for families and groups of friends. Five of them—Geisha, Misora, Fujiyama, and Yozora—can accommodate more than 10 people, ideal for business meetings, private events such as parties, or birthdays.
Last April, Sorae restaurant proudly introduced two new private rooms on the 25th floor, named Shinuu and Hoshi, which can be combined and can accommodate up to 32 people. With 14 rooms in total, Sorae has become the Japanese restaurant with the most private rooms in Saigon.

Omakase Menu
Combining high-quality, fresh imported ingredients with creative interpretations of traditional Japanese cuisine and a fusion of Eastern and Western culinary styles, Chef Danny Yong has designed a special menu: the Omakase menu – from incredibly tempting appetizers to main courses featuring carefully selected seafood such as Japanese salmon, scallops, and authentic Wagyu beef.
To ensure food quality and high culinary standards, Sorae's Omakase menu is priced from 2,690,000++/person with a minimum of 8 guests and requires a 3-day advance reservation.

Wagyu is the general name for Japanese cattle breeds, a specialty livestock of the Land of the Rising Sun. A characteristic of premium Wagyu beef is the even distribution of white fat marbling throughout the red meat fibers. This balanced ratio of meat and fat results in a tender, flavorful cut that is so soft it almost melts in your mouth.
