Vietnam House's menu features delicious traditional dishes from all regions of Vietnam, from North to South. Luke Nguyen shared: "This has long been my dream: to bring the knowledge and experience I've accumulated from my travels and my career in the culinary industry here, creating truly special experiences for diners in my homeland."
Serving lunch and dinner, Vietnam House restaurant impresses with a curated menu featuring the country's most famous and beloved delicacies. Every day, Chef Luke and his team strive to source fresh, locally sourced ingredients, selecting only the highest quality and freshest produce. Combined with masterful cooking techniques, this ensures the preservation and enhancement of the flavors of each ingredient and spice in every dish. Furthermore, a selection of over 500 fine wines from around the world is another captivating feature of the restaurant.
Highlights at Vietnam House include appetizers such as Iberico pork spring rolls and green mango salad with soft-shell crab; main courses such as five-spice grilled pigeon, braised Australian beef brisket, and premium Wagyu beef pho; and tempting desserts like pandan leaf crème brûlée and Vietnam House tofu. Additionally, an "Executive Set Lunch" menu is offered, with two courses for 280,000 VND and three courses for 380,000 VND.
