This is Luke Nguyen's first restaurant in Vietnam, where the talented and famous Australian-Vietnamese chef shows off his talent, bringing you many classic Vietnamese dishes with modern variations following international culinary trends.
Vietnam House’s menu features traditional delicacies from all regions from North to South. Luke Nguyen shared: “This has been my long-time dream: to bring the knowledge and experience I’ve accumulated from my travels and my career in the culinary industry back here, creating truly special experiences for diners in my hometown.”
Serving lunch and dinner, Vietnam House Restaurant impresses with its menu of the country's most famous and beloved delicacies. Every day, Chef Luke and his staff strive to find fresh local food sources and select the highest quality, freshest ingredients combined with skillful cooking techniques to retain and enhance the flavor of each ingredient and spice of each dish. In addition, the list of more than 500 fine wines from around the world is also a charm of the restaurant.
Specialties at Vietnam House include appetizers like Iberico Pork Spring Rolls, Soft Shell Crab Green Mango Salad; main courses include Grilled Pigeon with Five Spices, Braised Australian Beef Brisket, and Premium Wagyu Beef Pho; and desserts are very appealing with dishes like Pandan Ice Cream and Vietnam House Tofu. In addition, the “Executive Set Lunch” menu is introduced with two courses priced at 280,000 VND and three courses at 380,000 VND.
