Prior to the Lunar New Year, through research and surveys, TST Tourist observed that tourists from the North tend to travel to the South to escape the cold weather at the end of the year, with popular destinations often located in the coastal areas of Central and Southwestern Vietnam. Meanwhile, tourists from Central and Southern Vietnam tend to travel to the northern provinces to admire the stunning landscapes: Sa Pa (Lao Cai), Ha Long (Quang Ninh), Trang An (Ninh Binh)... Among these, tourists from the South also highly favor the charming Central Vietnam heritage route: Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue…
Recognizing this trend, TST Tourist has planned to develop diverse travel routes and destinations with many suitable departure dates, focusing on the needs for relaxation, cultural experiences, and festivals of each region. In addition, by dividing tourism products into lines ranging from traditional and budget-friendly to high-end, and adhering to the criterion of stable Tet holiday tour prices that do not change compared to regular days as a deep expression of gratitude to customers, TST Tourist hopes to create favorable conditions for all customer segments to choose a spring travel itinerary that suits them.
Starting in October, TST Tourist launched a series of domestic Tet holiday tour packages: trips to the Mekong Delta to shop for Tet and admire the vibrant flowers and fruits in Sa Dec and Lai Vung; exploring the Northeast and Northwest during the plum and peach blossom season combined with celebrating the traditional Tet holiday with ethnic minorities; celebrating spring in the North and Central Vietnam's heritage sites through famous landmarks such as Trang An, Bai Dinh, Ha Long, Sa Pa, Yen Tu, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hue, and Hoi An… These tours attracted a large number of tourists. In addition, the appeal of destinations like Phan Thiet, Nha Trang, Da Lat, and Phu Quoc remains strong, attracting many tourists seeking short trips, and tours to admire the romantic beauty of Phu Yen, the land of "golden flowers and green grass," are still a popular choice.
A particularly special highlight for tourists this year participating in domestic Tet holiday tours by air with TST Tourist is the informal pre-departure group meetings. While group meetings for overseas tours are commonplace, they are still a relatively new concept for many travelers.
