American beef has long been known and honored worldwide for its quality thanks to its characteristic, non-greasy marbling, consistent quality with high nutritional content, and the convergence of many amino acids thanks to a strict breeding and inspection process. Omaha American beef is imported through Greater Omaha Packing Company - a reputable company specializing in providing the highest quality beef in Omaha, Nebraska. As a country with a developed livestock industry, the United States has a long history of raising large herds of dairy and beef cattle on vast grasslands, providing a rich source of food for the people.
With a 24-month cattle raising process, after about 15 to 16 months, the cows are allowed to graze and then for at least 4 months they are brought back to be “nourished” with high-quality roughage such as ground grains. This care creates a softer and more flavorful beef.
