Unlike the traditional menu rich in the colors of southwestern French cuisine, Chef Alain's new autumn/winter menu not only features a harmonious and balanced combination of appetizers, main courses, desserts, and wines, but also showcases interesting innovations in the use of new ingredients or combinations of ingredients that wouldn't normally pair well. Discerning diners will enjoy the sweet taste of the sea, the rich flavor of pan-seared beef tenderloin, the creamy richness of foie gras, or the delicate freshness of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Especially noteworthy are the fresh raspberry and jelly dessert, the vanilla milk rice, and the chamomile ice cream, due to the unique and unusual flavor of this particular ice cream.

Chef Alain's new autumn/winter menu will introduce many delightful surprises to diners in the capital.

The new menu, designed by Chef Alain himself, will be introduced to diners from November 3rd, 2017 at Press Club (12 Ly Dao Thanh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi). The exquisite lunch, a harmonious combination of appetizer, main course, and dessert, is priced at VND 900,000++/person, while the more passionate and cozy dinner includes an additional main course, priced at VND 1,200,000++/person. These are the same highly acclaimed dishes currently served at Chef Alain's renowned 2-Michelin-star restaurant in Paris, Carré des Feuillants, where diners often have to make reservations weeks or even months in advance to enjoy them.
As one of France's most renowned chefs, Alain Dutournier owns two Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and has become the heart and soul of the Press Club – his first culinary collaboration outside of France since 2015. Twice a year, he flies from Paris to Hanoi to introduce new menus, network, meet with guests, and personally cook delicious dishes for discerning diners in the capital.
