The Michelin Guide Singapore has just awarded nine new restaurants in Singapore. Seven of them are first-time one-star restaurants and two are two-star restaurants.

One of the two newest restaurants to receive two stars is Cloudstreet, located at 84 Amoy Road. The six-course tasting menu starts at SGD 228. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The first three days of the week, it only serves dinner, from 6:30 p.m. The other two days, it also serves lunch. The restaurant's cuisine is a fusion of Sri Lankan and Australian styles. Euphoria, a restaurant on Tras Road that has just been awarded a Michelin star, is run by chef Jason Tan. The main ingredients used to prepare the dishes here are vegetables, meat, high-quality seafood combined with herbs, spices, and fruits. The four-course menu starts at SGD 158 (VND 3.7 million). Hamamoto is a Japanese restaurant located at 58 Tras Street, open every day of the week except Sunday and Monday. The newly awarded one Michelin star restaurant La Dame de Pic is located at Raffles Hotel at 1 Beach Road.
