Up to now, after 30 years of perseverance and accumulating experience in Cantonese cuisine, he has affirmed his name and has the honor of taking on the position of head chef at the famous Ngan Dinh Hanoi restaurant at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel.

Marking his new position, Chef IP Koon Hong has launched a premium menu with nearly 100 dishes of culinary creativity at the pinnacle of flavor, color and taste, distilling the quintessence of Cantonese delicacies to create a culinary journey worth looking forward to.
New à la carte menu with nearly 100 signature Cantonese dishes
The Cantonese-style feast will start gently with the Jellyfish Papaya and Shrimp and Pork Salad, followed by the refreshing taste of Thousand-Layer Tofu with Goat Belly Mushroom Sauce, Peking Duck with crispy skin and soups simmered with nutritious foods such as abalone, sea cucumber, and shark fin.
Steamed Fresh Crab Claws with Egg Whites
The highlight of the premium menu lies in the eight quintessential dishes conceived and executed by Chef IP Koon Hong himself, representing the perfection of Chinese cuisine such as Shark Fin Soup, Braised Fish Maw with Coconut, Fried Rice, Australian Abalone (3 Heads) in Oyster Sauce and Steamed Fresh Crab Claws with Egg White.
In addition, creative desserts such as Gold-Plated Black Sesame Coconut Cake and Peach and Mango Mochi will bring a sweet aftertaste, the perfect ending to an exciting culinary journey at Ngan Dinh Hanoi.
