TABLE experience and the journey of culinary creativity from beef and lamb

From May 1 to 30 at 15 restaurants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, True Aussie Beef & Lamb brings the TABLexperience program - a special dinner with the identity of each restaurant, made from Australian beef and lamb.

Having successfully taken place in Singapore, True Aussie Beef and Lamb is now bringing this special dinner experience to Vietnamese diners. Participating in this month-long culinary journey, 6 restaurants in Hanoi and 9 restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City will create a special dinner that reflects each restaurant’s identity; all made with Australian beef and lamb.

In addition to enjoying the special dishes, diners can also trace the origin of beef and lamb ingredients through QR code scanning on the spot, or be guided by the restaurant chef to experience cooking this unique dish with family and friends for special occasions in the future.

Over 45 different dishes promise to bring diners interesting sensory experiences. In addition, the premium quality and versatility of Australian beef and lamb will also be exquisitely displayed on the menus of each restaurant and different cuisine.

In Hanoi, you can experience the special TABLExperience dinner at RICO Seafood & Grills, Le Gout De Gia, Jacksons Steakhouse, Stellar Steakhouse, Los Fuegos and Culina. In Ho Chi Minh City, the TABLExperience will take place at Il Corda, P'ti Saigon, Esta, SOL Kitchen x Nomu, La Villa, Tomatito Saigon, Stoker Woodfired Grill & Bar and Quince. Starting from May 1, diners can book a table through the restaurant's social media channels.
