Having achieved success in Singapore, True Aussie Beef and Lamb is now bringing this special dining experience to Vietnamese diners. Participating in this month-long culinary journey, six restaurants in Hanoi and nine restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City will create a unique dinner experience, each featuring Australian beef and lamb.

Besides enjoying the exquisite dishes, diners can also trace the origin of the beef and lamb ingredients via QR code scanning on the spot, or be guided by the restaurant's chef to experience cooking this unique dish themselves with family and friends for special occasions in the future.
Over 45 different dishes promise to offer diners a delightful sensory experience. Furthermore, the premium quality and versatility of Australian beef and lamb will be expertly showcased on the menus of each restaurant and in various culinary traditions.

In Hanoi, you can experience the special TABLExperience dinner at RICO Seafood & Grills, Le Gout De Gia, Jacksons Steakhouse, Stellar Steakhouse, Los Fuegos, and Culina. In Ho Chi Minh City, the TABLExperience will take place at Il Corda, P'ti Saigon, Esta, SOL Kitchen x Nomu, La Villa, Tomatito Saigon, Stoker Woodfired Grill & Bar, and Quince.
