In particular, this event had the participation of Luke Nguyen, a world-famous Australian chef of Vietnamese origin. He demonstrated the preparation of Australian dishes using Vietnamese methods. In response to Travellive, Luke Nguyen said that modern Australian cuisine has the ability to blend and inherit from many other cultures.

"The characteristics of Australian cuisine come from the strictest food production, farming and preservation processes," Luke Nguyen shared. "When you eat an oyster from Tasmania imported to Vietnam, you can taste the seawater in this area."
