Taste of Australia 2019 will be concentrated in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Nha Trang. The program will include community BBQs, twilight cinema screenings, gala dinners with performances by Australian singer Deni Hines, a premium NOSH Supperclub dinner prepared by five leading Australian chefs currently working in Ho Chi Minh City, a public food and wine program, a culinary demonstration by Adam Liaw – Masterchef Australia 2010, and the 4th annual Taste of Australia cooking competition.

Taste of Australia 2019 will also feature Australia Now ASEAN 2019, a major public diplomacy program of the Australian Government. This year, Australia Now celebrates the vitality, diversity and capability of young people across Southeast Asia, including Vietnam.

“Taste of Australia showcases the best that Australia has to offer and brings it to the whole of Vietnam. It is a partnership between the Australian Government, Australian and Vietnamese producers, distributors, retailers, restaurants and organisations,” Ambassador Craig Chittick said.
