In 2018, the Australian culinary event “Taste of Australia 2018” was held to coincide with the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Australia. Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel cooperated with the Australian Culinary School Organizing Committee to continue organizing a cooking competition for culinary students or recent graduates in Nha Trang as a playground for them to show their talents. The winning team will represent Nha Trang to participate in the national finals in Da Nang and meet the famous Australian chef - Mr. Luke Nguyen, Master Chef Vietnam season 1 - Mr. Ngo Thanh Hoa, who is a member of the jury. The winning team also has the opportunity to receive a 2-week culinary school scholarship in Australia, to develop their careers and gain valuable experience in the culinary industry in particular and the hospitality industry in general. The preliminary round in Nha Trang will take place on April 17 at the Culinary School, 6th floor of Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel.
