Chef Joseph Tsang was born into a family of chefs in Hong Kong. His family and hometown traditions have shaped his passion for cooking since he was 16 years old. Chef Tsang is known for using traditional ingredients and spices along with his secret recipe to preserve the authentic Hong Kong flavor. Each of his dishes is likened to a historical story of Hong Kong cuisine. During his 42-year culinary journey, Chef Tsang has been certified by the prestigious 'Michelin Star' title twice.
Chef Tsang will be bringing his signature dishes to Taste of Hong Kong week, including: Crispy Prawn Balls with Caviar, Truffle Prawn Ham, Liarong Crispy Duck, Traditional Peking Duck, Zucchini Stuffed Abalone and more. The highlight will be the “Chef’s Special Lobster” with his signature secret sauce.



Taste of Hong Kong Week starts from 21 to 27 January 2022 at Latest Recipe restaurant of Le Méridien Saigon hotel (3C Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). Prices start from VND 2,100,000/person, applicable for Buffet Dinner and Special Brunch on Sunday.
