Chef Joseph Tsang was born into a family of chefs in Hong Kong. His family traditions and hometown instilled in him a passion for cooking from the age of 16. Chef Tsang is known for using traditional ingredients and spices along with his secret recipes to preserve the authentic flavors of Hong Kong cuisine. Each of his dishes is considered a historical story of Hong Kong gastronomy. Throughout his 42-year culinary career, Chef Tsang has been awarded the prestigious Michelin Star twice.
Chef Tsang will be bringing his signature dishes to the Hong Kong Flavors Week, including: Crispy Fried Shrimp Balls with Caviar, Shrimp and Truffle Mushroom Shrimp, Crispy Fried Duck Liarong, Traditional Peking Duck, Abalone Stuffed in Zucchini, and more. The highlight will be his signature dish, "Chef's Special Lobster," featuring his secret sauce.



The Hong Kong Flavors Week runs from January 21st to 27th, 2022 at the Latest Recipe restaurant of Le Méridien Saigon Hotel (3C Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). Prices start from VND 2,100,000 per person, applicable to the Buffet Dinner and the Sunday Brunch special.
