- Laying the first foundation in the Cambodian market with the launch of Angsana Siem Reap.
- Banyan Tree Higashiyama Kyoto, the first Banyan Tree brand in Japan, has opened.
- Strengthening its presence in Vietnam and South Korea, two new hotels will open in Vietnam: Angsana Quan Lan in Ha Long Bay and Garrya Mu Cang Chai in Yen Bai, as well as launching Cassia and Homm Sokcho in South Korea.
- Two resort complexes were introduced in Suzhou, about a two-hour train or car ride from Shanghai, featuring Banyan Tree and Angsana at the Shishan complex, and a second complex located by Yangcheng Lake which will include Banyan Tree and Garrya.
- Angsana Tengchong will be the group's fifth hotel in Yunnan province, China.
- In North America, Banyan Tree Veya Valle de Guadalupe will officially mark the launch of the Banyan Tree Veya brand in Mexico.

This also marks the beginning of an experimental project, reinforcing the group's commitment to accelerating the transformation of the tourism industry towards regenerative and restorative models.
Banyan Group also plans to launch Laguna Lakelands in Phuket, an ambitious project developed with a deep connection to nature. Spanning 110 hectares, Laguna Lakelands will include a rainforest-style park, over 10 km of skywalks, and six distinct zones: orchards, lakes, lagoons, valleys, and forests – ushering in a new era of living in harmony with nature.

Also in 2024, Banyan Group will launch “Beyond” – a digital companion offering a new, holistic Wellbeing experience built on a framework of balanced health and well-being. In addition, the group will introduce a loyalty program called “with Banyan,” with special benefits for participating members, focusing on experience and interaction. To spread the new brand name, Banyan Group will organize 11 major global promotional campaigns, launch eight signature fragrances inspired by the group’s eight values of balanced living, and a limited-edition handcrafted gift set, all made by local artisans at Banyan Group’s destinations.
