Jimmy Lopez has just been appointed as hotel manager at Hoiana Resort & Golf – the only integrated resort in Central Vietnam, with the responsibility of operating and supervising the hotel operations of Hoiana.

Jimmy joined Rosewood Hotel Group at Hoiana Resort & Golf in 2019 as Director of Food and Beverage before expanding his responsibilities to the position of General Manager. Prior to Rosewood, he held management positions at hotel companies such as Melco, Jumeirah and Ritz-Carlton.

Dawn Zhao has been appointed as the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Hoiana Hotel, part of the Hoiana Resort & Golf complex. Dawn has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing working for some of the world’s most successful companies.
Prior to joining Hoiana, Dawn’s sales & marketing experience was diverse, starting with a sales role at the first Marriott hotel in China and progressing to Director of Sales & Communications at one of IHG’s flagship hotels in Shanghai.

She then became known for her pioneering role in the development of Hotel Indigo, IHG’s first experiential hotel brand in the Asia Pacific region. Always looking for new challenges, Dawn later joined Hong Kong Disneyland to lead the family business’s strategy in the Chinese market.
Her passion for hospitality brought her back to the industry she loved and she served as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Andaz, EDITION... in Shanghai, China.

At the same time, Jiangpeng Yu (JP) was also appointed as Assistant General Manager of the Hoiana Hotel Group, part of the Hoiana Resort & Golf complex. Originally from China, JP has over 10 years of experience in the luxury resort hotel industry and has gradually taken on senior positions throughout his career. JP began his career in the United States and earned a bachelor's degree in hotel management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After graduating, JP moved to Asia and began his journey with some of the leading organizations in the hotel industry such as the Four Seasons Hotel Group, Wynn Resort (Macau), Atlantis Resort and Rosewood Hotel Group.
