Jimmy Lopez has been appointed as the hotel manager at Hoiana Resort & Golf – the only integrated resort in Central Vietnam – with responsibilities for managing and overseeing the hotel division of Hoiana.
Jimmy Lopez has just been appointed as the hotel manager at Hoiana Resort & Golf.
Jimmy joined Rosewood Hotel Group at Hoiana Resort & Golf in 2019 as Head of Food and Beverage before expanding his responsibilities to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to working for Rosewood, he held management positions at hotel companies such as Melco, Jumeirah, and Ritz-Carlton.

Dawn Zhao has been officially appointed as the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hoiana Hotel division, part of the Hoiana Resort & Golf complex. Dawn has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, having worked for some of the world's most successful companies.
Prior to joining Hoiana, Dawn had diverse business and marketing experience, starting with a business role at the first Marriott hotel in China and rising to the position of Director of Business & Communications at one of IHG's flagship hotels in Shanghai.
Dawn Zhao has been officially appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Sales and Marketing division.
She later became known for her pioneering role in the development of Hotel Indigo, IHG's first experiential hotel brand in the Asia Pacific region. Constantly seeking new challenges, Dawn then joined Hong Kong Disneyland to lead the family business strategies in the Chinese market.
Her passion for the hospitality industry brought her back to the beloved sector, and she previously served as the Sales & Marketing Director of Andaz, EDITION... in Shanghai, China.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of one of the most promising tourism projects in the country. I am eager to meet you all and work with the sales & marketing team to develop and make meaningful contributions to the success of the Hoiana integrated resort,” Dawn shared.
Simultaneously, Jiangpeng Yu (JP) was also appointed as Assistant Managing Director at the Hoiana Hotel division, part of the Hoiana Resort & Golf complex. Originally from China, JP has over 10 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry and has steadily risen through the ranks throughout his career. JP began his career in the United States and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After graduation, JP moved to Asia and began his journey with several leading hotel organizations such as Four Seasons Hotel Group, Wynn Resort (Macau), Atlantis Resort, and Rosewood Hotel Group.
Jiangpeng Yu (JP) has also been appointed as Assistant Managing Director at Hoiana Resort & Golf.
