As part of the Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine program, Passion Week is an upgraded version that brings together leading experts from around the world in various fields and prestigious Michelin-starred chefs to awaken the senses of distinguished guests through a week filled with art, aesthetics, artistic inspiration, and exquisite cuisine.

In addition to inspiring classes, Passion Week also offers four luncheons and four dinners, each featuring menus prepared by Michelin-starred chefs. • Chef Alan Taudon* - One Michelin star

With a wealth of experience, Chef Alan Taudon has held many important positions at renowned restaurants such as Le Meurice, Pavillon Ledoyen (3 Michelin stars), and Le Cinq (3 Michelin stars) before embarking on a new journey at L'Orangerie (1 Michelin star) as Executive Chef. Pursuing a healthy and low-fat cooking style, his dishes captivate diners with their rich flavors and distinctive aromas, promising a balanced and feminine culinary journey.
• Chef Sven Erik Renaa** - Two Michelin stars

Chef Sven Erik Renaa's culinary career began at the Britannia Hotel and moved to the Aden Etage restaurant at the Continental Oslo Hotel, before joining renowned chef David Burke at the Park Avenue Café in New York. He then returned to Oslo to work with Bocuse d'Or winner Terje Ness as Head Chef at ORO. His extensive experience led him to become an Advisor and Lecturer at The Culinary Institute of Norway, and he also successfully opened RE-NAA, the first restaurant outside of Oslo to receive two Michelin stars.

• Chef Paolo Casagrande *** - Three Michelin stars

Paolo Casagrande began his journey through countless restaurants across Italy to explore the culinary world and hone his cooking skills. This journey also led him to some of the world's best restaurants in Milan, London, and Paris, such as Les Elysées du Vernet (2 Michelin stars) and Taillevent (3 Michelin stars). Paolo later became the culinary manager for the Monument Hotel, which owns the Lasarte restaurant (3 Michelin stars) and the Oria restaurant (1 Michelin star).
Chef Emmanuel Renault *** - Three Michelin stars

As a pioneer in French cuisine, Emmanuel Renault is sought after by food connoisseurs worldwide. His masterful skills were honed in the kitchens of the prestigious Hotel de Crillon and Auberge de l'Eridan. Emmanuel then took on the mission of inspiring and raising awareness about respecting culinary heritage. The opening of the Flocons de Sel restaurant in 1997 spurred him to pursue his philosophy, earning the restaurant prestigious Michelin stars in 2001, 2006, and 2012.
