Classic Champagne Cocktail

When it comes to weddings and honeymoons, it is impossible not to mention Champagne - the wine that always accompanies couples. This is a fine wine that has undergone an additional fermentation with the addition of sugar and yeast. This second fermentation process also helps to change the flavor of the wine, making it more sour, more fruity or more yeasty. If it is a vintage champagne from a successful harvest, the flavor is even more wonderful. Not only is it a fine "ready-to-drink" wine, Champagne is also an ideal ingredient for cocktails.

Ingredient

1 sugar cube

3 drops Angostura bitters

25ml Cognac

100 ml chilled Champagne

Making

Add sugar cube and 3 drops of bitters to the champagne glass.

Pour in the Cognac. Finally, gently pour in the chilled champagne.

Shake the glass gently before drinking.

Stir well, garnish with whole strawberries and serve immediately.

A cool classic mojito is the perfect combination of the sourness of fresh lime, the sweetness of sugar, the pungent aroma of mint leaves and the intensity of rum and the indispensable coolness of small ice cubes. Nowadays, there are many variations of Mojito. Many places can use vodka mixed with light fruit flavors such as mango, strawberry, lychee, apple, raspberry or tamarind.

Cosmopolitan and A Drop of Love

Cosmopolition appeared in 1979, is a perfect combination of fresh lemon, vodka, blueberry juice and a little tangerine peel for a natural scent. MeanwhileA Drop of Loveattracted by the wild flavor of tequila, and the interesting color transition between red and orange that looks like a sunset.

40 ml Citron Vodka

15 ml Cointreau

30 ml cranberry juice

15 ml lemon juice

The key to making a perfect Cosmopolitan is having a chilled Martini glass. If your ingredients are already chilled, there is no need to shake for too long. A few drops of lemon juice can be substituted for the lime juice, but you have to be sure to get the right amount of acidity.

Ingredient  (A Drop of Love)

45 ml Tequila

15 ml Grenadine

15 ml Triple Sec

90 ml orange juice

Making

Pour tequila, triple sec and orange juice into glass. Shake well.

Then pour in the Grenadine. The Grenadine will sink to the bottom of the glass.

Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.

Like the Cosmopolitan, this cocktail should be chilled before making. The wild flavor of the Mexican Agave in the tequila blends with the tropical freshness of the orange for a delightful taste experience.
