With the theme "Crispy and delicious bread - Strong coffee flavor", this year's festival attracts more than 150 booths from all over the world, expecting to welcome more than 150,000 visitors. Right from the entrance, visitors are captivated by the lingering aroma of freshly baked bread mixed with the rich aroma of coffee, creating an enchanting culinary space.

Each booth at the festival is a story of creativity and passion. From traditional sandwiches with meat, sausage, pate to unique variations such as seafood sandwiches, vegetarian sandwiches or sweet sandwiches, all are presented delicately and attractively. In particular, the combination of sandwiches and coffee - two symbols of Vietnamese cuisine - brings a new experience to diners. Booths of famous coffee brands serve a variety of filter coffee, iced milk coffee, creating a perfect combination with hot, crispy sandwiches.

The meticulously designed bread model combining the 12 zodiac animals has become the hottest photo spot this year.
A highlight not to be missed is the "Bread Past and Present" exhibition area, which introduces the history of the formation and development of Vietnamese bread. Through documentary photos and artifacts, visitors have the opportunity to better understand the journey of bread from its introduction to becoming a typical Vietnamese dish. In addition, exchanges with bakers and famous chefs help visitors experience the traditional bread making process and share interesting stories surrounding this dish.
