With the theme "Crispy Bread - Rich Coffee Flavor," this year's festival attracted over 150 stalls from all over, and is expected to welcome more than 150,000 visitors. Right from the entrance, visitors are captivated by the subtle aroma of freshly baked bread blended with the rich scent of coffee, creating an enchanting culinary space.

Stalls from famous coffee brands serve a variety of filter coffees and iced milk coffees, creating a perfect pairing with hot, crispy bread.

The meticulously designed bread model featuring the 12 zodiac animals has become the hottest photo spot this year.
A highlight not to be missed is the "Bread Then and Now" exhibition area, which showcases the history and development of Vietnamese bread. Through documentary photos and artifacts, visitors have the opportunity to better understand the journey of bread from its introduction to becoming a signature dish of the Vietnamese people. In addition, interactive activities with renowned bakers and chefs allow visitors to experience the traditional bread-making process and share interesting stories surrounding this food.

Notably, this year's festival set a record for "100 seafood-based side dishes for sandwiches," displayed on a large boat, symbolizing the journey of Vietnamese sandwiches venturing out to sea. Each side dish is a delicate combination of bread and fresh seafood, offering unique and novel flavors to diners.
Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: "I am very impressed with the scale and diversity of the festival. Vietnamese bread is amazing, not only delicious but also deeply rooted in Vietnamese culture."
The festival was held in a cool park with plenty of seating for visitors to enjoy bread.
The festival space is not only a place to enjoy food but also a vibrant art stage. Music and art performances take place continuously, creating a joyful and lively atmosphere. Visitors can also shop for souvenirs related to bread and coffee at the stalls, bringing home memorable mementos after their visit.
Food safety and hygiene, as well as security and order, are top priorities for the organizers. All participating stalls strictly adhere to food safety regulations, ensuring the health of visitors. Security personnel are on duty 24/7, guaranteeing a safe and friendly festival environment.
