“Amidst the increasingly saturated tourism types, Paradise Vietnam’s special cruise is like a breath of fresh air for Ha Long tourism, meeting the goal of enhancing customer experience and developing international tourism integration. We are proud to be the first unit to bring visitors the space of a luxurious Michelin restaurant right in the middle of Ha Long Bay.”, Mr. Edgar Cayanan, CEO of Paradise Vietnam Cruise.

The “Culinary Essence Cruise” on Paradise Elegance cruise is the first and only event on Ha Long Bay to date with the participation of 2-star Michelin chef Thierry Drapeau and famous winemaker Maximiliano Ortiz of Trivento winery, Argentina.

“Juggling” with flavors in a premium party night at Paradise Elegance, Thierry Drapeau will fill the hearts of culinary enthusiasts with a 5-course gourmet menu. The most luxurious ingredients such as black caviar, precious truffles, or excellent foie gras are personally selected by Chef Thierry and shipped directly from France, blended with each delicate spice, sure to satisfy the taste of any picky guest. The dish will be more perfect when diners sip with drops of passionate wine from 100-year-old grapevines of the famous Trivento winery. After dinner at Le Marin restaurant, the sweet melody in the classic space of Le Piano Bar and the aroma of cigars mixed in glasses of cognac will be the perfect piece to end the party night.
