Over the past 15 years, Highway4 has always been steadfast in its strategy of constantly creating Vietnamese dishes from the rich natural ingredients throughout Vietnam, especially from remote mountainous areas. Previously, the menu was based on the theme of the Five Elements (Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, Earth): creating interesting surprises for customers, to explore and feel the endless value of nature bestowed upon humans and to love Vietnamese dishes more.
