Taste of Japan Vietnam will organize the program “Culinary Workshop using Japanese ingredients in Vietnam and Malaysia” in Ho Chi Minh City on May 4-5, 2016.
Taste of Japan Vietnam will hold a seminar on Washoku (pure Japanese cuisine), and there will also be a demonstration on how to prepare Japanese ingredients such as Japanese yellowtail, scallops, wagyu (Japanese beef) by Mr. Nogata Kimio, the third generation chef of Japanese restaurant Nihonbashi Yuari.
