Culinary workshop using ingredients from Japan in Vietnam & Malaysia!

A workshop on Japanese cuisine for culinary professionals, hosted by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Taste of Japan Vietnam will be organizing a “Culinary Workshop on Using Japanese Ingredients in Vietnam and Malaysia” in Ho Chi Minh City on May 4-5, 2016.

Taste of Japan Vietnam is holding a workshop on Washoku (authentic Japanese cuisine), along with demonstrations of how to prepare Japanese ingredients such as Japanese amberjack, scallops, and wagyu (Japanese beef) by Chef Nogata Kimio, the third-generation head chef of the Japanese restaurant Nihonbashi Yuari. Come and join us to enjoy the food, experience the cooking process, and feel the allure of Japanese ingredients.
