Hollywood actress, director, and producer Jennifer Aniston returns on an Emirates A380 and makes a new friend. This is the central theme of a commercial that is part of a global advertising campaign across television and digital media channels for the world's best airline (2016 Skytrax World Airline Award).

This advertisement builds upon the success of Emirates' first commercial featuring Jennifer Aniston, released last year, a viral video that sparked widespread public discussion.

 

 

Following up on the first humorous commercial, the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress brings her signature classic style, infused with humor, to promote the A380. In this commercial, Jennifer befriends Cooper, a lively boy she meets on the flight. Jennifer discovers him playing in her private First Class cabin on Emirates, while she relaxes in the Shower Spa.

The two strike up a conversation and become friends as they stroll through the Business Class cabin and the bar on the Emirates aircraft. Sitting by the stairs connecting the upper and lower decks, Cooper shares with Jennifer his dream of becoming a pilot – on the A380 itself. In Economy Class, Cooper reunites with his parents, and to everyone's surprise, Jennifer chooses to stay and enjoy Emirates' in-flight entertainment with Cooper. The clip ends with Cooper's mother relaxing in Jennifer's private room, after she swapped seats with the Hollywood star.

This commercial was directed by veteran Oscar-nominated director Bryan Buckley, who has been acclaimed for his numerous Super Bowl commercials. The script and theme of the commercial are the result of a collaboration between Buckley and Emirates' advertising department, under the production partnership of WPP.
