The event featured Michelin-starred chefs including 3-Michelin-star Chef Bruno Ménard (Singapore), 2-Michelin-star Chef Michel Portos (Marseille, France), 1-Michelin-star Chef Jean-Francois Bérard (La Cadiére d'Azur, France), 1-Michelin-star Chef Jérôme Laurent (Shanghai, China) and Chef Régis Triguel (Moscow, Russia).
The 3rd "Saigon Gourmet Week" includes activities such as cooking classes and cooking demonstrations for lunch and dinner. The menu will change daily, offering diners a high-class culinary experience.

The highlight of the program is the Gala Night featuring a culinary competition between the Super Chefs on November 17, 2018, at the Diamond Hall. The Super Chefs will be divided into different teams, along with renowned Vietnamese chefs, to prepare the main course for 120 guests. The Gala Night program will include four dishes prepared by Head Chef Stephane Postoyan and his team, along with a main course from the competing teams of Super Chefs, using the main ingredients from the black box reserved for the competition night.
The final program to conclude the event is the "Super Chef Lunch Buffet" on November 18, 2018, at Mezz restaurant. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy dishes prepared by superstar chefs and Head Chef Stéphane Postoyan.
