In addition to its signature Cantonese dishes, San Fu Lou is also renowned for its exquisite roasted meats, such as Peking duck. Using specialized applewood and a centuries-old kiln-fired oven method from the imperial kitchens of the emperors, each roasted duck achieves perfect crispness, is sliced, and beautifully presented by San Fu Lou's chefs.
