In addition to its Cantonese staples, San Fu Lou is also renowned for its premium roast meats such as Peking Duck. Using special jujube wood fired in centuries-old kilns used in the imperial kitchens of the Emperors, each roast duck is perfectly crisp, sliced and beautifully presented by San Fu Lou’s chefs.
