The Grand Ho Tram, the region’s leading integrated resort and entertainment complex, has announced the appointment of Mr. Timothy Tan as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. With extensive experience in luxury hospitality across Asia, Mr. Timothy will play a key role in driving commercial performance, market expansion and enhancing the guest experience at The Grand Ho Tram in the next phase of development.

Prior to joining The Grand Ho Tram, Mr. Timothy held the position of Asia Pacific (APAC) Regional Director of Hotel Performance at ACCOR Luxury & Lifestyle Group, responsible for revenue performance, customer loyalty and experience quality. With extensive experience in the luxury hotel and resort industry in the Asia-Pacific region and many years of building and guiding core strategies in the field of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Timothy will bring to The Grand Ho Tram a comprehensive professional foundation, from market analysis, short and long-term strategic planning to effective implementation of customer engagement programs. In his new role, he will contribute to building a strong business ecosystem for the complex, while promoting domestic and international guest flows in important segments such as resort tourism, business travel and MICE.
