The Grand Ho Tram, a leading resort and entertainment complex in the region, officially announces the appointment of Mr. Timothy Tan as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. With extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector across Asia, Mr. Timothy will play a key role in driving commercial performance, expanding the market, and enhancing the customer experience at The Grand Ho Tram during its next phase of development.
Prior to joining The Grand Ho Tram, Timothy served as the Asia Pacific (APAC) Director of Hotel Performance at ACCOR Luxury & Lifestyle, responsible for managing revenue, customer loyalty, and customer experience quality. With his strategic vision and strong leadership skills, he provided crucial strategic direction for the senior management team running the group's hotels.

Prior to this, Timothy held key positions at iconic hotels such as the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, and Conrad Centennial Singapore, where he was responsible for building, shaping, and developing business strategies.
With extensive experience in the high-end hotel and resort industry in the Asia-Pacific region and years of building and shaping core strategies in Business & Marketing, Mr. Timothy will bring The Grand Ho Tram a comprehensive professional foundation, from market analysis and short- and long-term strategic planning to the effective implementation of customer engagement programs. In his new role, he will contribute to building a robust business ecosystem for the complex, while also boosting domestic and international customer flows in key segments such as leisure, business, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
