In the joyful atmosphere of the whole country towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, not only accommodation establishments but also many restaurants and eateries located on the central streets of the city have proactively made significant adjustments in their operating hours, demonstrating their consensus and high sense of responsibility for this important event. This change is not only to facilitate the organization of the City's celebration but also to bring the best experiences to residents and visitors during the meaningful holidays.
Typically, on Han Thuyen Street (District 1), where many famous restaurants are concentrated, Nhan Restaurant has announced that it will maintain operations throughout the holiday, but there will be adjustments to its opening hours. Specifically, on April 27, April 30 and May 1, the restaurant will start serving later than usual, from 2:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. depending on the day, and will temporarily not accept reservations in advance during these three peak days. In the same spirit, Au Parc Saigon Restaurant (No. 23 Han Thuyen) has also announced that it will close earlier at 7:30 p.m. on April 22 and 25, and will only open to guests after 3:00 p.m. on April 27 and 30. Similarly, Propaganda Bistro (No. 21 Han Thuyen) also applies similar operating hours during these days.

The 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country is a historical event of special significance, and small adjustments such as temporary closure or change of business hours are being responded to voluntarily and responsibly by people and units, with the desire to contribute to the success of this important anniversary. Many people have chosen to enjoy an early dinner at hotels or other restaurants, then move to central areas such as Nguyen Hue walking street or the Independence Palace area to continue to immerse themselves in the jubilant and bustling festival atmosphere.
Not only accommodation establishments, many restaurants located on the central road have also adjusted their operating hours to suit the City's celebration plan.
On April 30, the official commemoration ceremony will take place at 6:30 a.m. on Le Duan Street (District 1). After passing the main stage at the Independence Palace, the parade forces will move in four different directions, to the assembly points at Tao Dan Park, Bach Dang Wharf Park, Hoa Lu Stadium and Le Van Tam Park. At the same time, 21 artillery salutes will echo at Bach Dang Wharf Park, and in the sky, formations of airplanes, helicopters and fighter jets will also perform simultaneously.
All of the above restaurants shared with customers the adjustments to "respond to and support the city's parade activities."
In order to contribute to ensuring traffic safety and order when the parade passes, and at the same time optimize service to tourists during the holidays, many cafes and restaurants located on the streets of District 1, especially the area near the Independence Palace, have proactively adjusted their operating hours. In particular, so that tourists can enjoy drinks while watching the parade conveniently, many cafes with beautiful locations have also become ideal destinations.
Restaurants and accommodations create conditions for visitors to freely experience activities on April 30.
Tourists can choose coffee shops located in Nguyen Hue apartment building (District 1) with open views, or familiar shops such as Phe La (Phan Chu Trinh street, District 1), Starbucks (Nguyen Thi Nghia street, District 1), Okkio Coffee (Le Loi street, District 1), Katinat (Nguyen Thi Nghia street, District 1), Nagocha Matcha (Le Lai street, District 1), Three O'clock (Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, District 3), or Linh coffee (Truong Dinh street, District 1)... All these adjustments and preparations demonstrate the thoughtfulness and dedicated service spirit of the city's business community, contributing to creating a complete and meaningful holiday for residents and tourists.
