This place used to be the heart, the brain that directed the long and glorious resistance of the army and people of the South during the fierce war years.
During our nation's resistance war against American imperialism to save the country (1954-1975), the Central Office for Southern Vietnam was the brains of the revolution in Southern Vietnam.
Arriving at the Southern Central Bureau Base, you will have the opportunity to go back in time and explore a complex of valuable historical relics, including houses that were once the residences and workplaces of outstanding revolutionary leaders such as Nguyen Van Linh, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Vo Van Kiet, etc. Each house and each object here carries within them touching stories about a difficult but heroic period.

The tour also takes you to the unique Hoang Cam kitchen, where meaningful meals are prepared in difficult conditions; the communal dining room, where officers and soldiers share everyday moments; or the meeting hall, where important decisions are made, guiding the resistance war. All these relics are connected by a trench system of more than 1,200m long and 430m of walking trails hidden under the green forest canopy, creating a space that is both sacred and close to nature, helping you feel more deeply about the life and fighting spirit of the nation's elite children.
Discover Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh - a majestic and sacred land in the South
Coming to Tay Ninh, the journey of discovery cannot be complete without visiting the majestic Ba Den Mountain, a 986m high mountain towering in the middle of the plain, not only a sacred place with a system of famous spiritual works, attracting a large number of tourists and Buddhist followers. Experiencing the ups and downs of history, Ba Den Mountain also bears the deep imprints of a fierce war period. During the years of resistance against the US, this rugged mountain peak was occupied by the US army and built into the most modern communications base in Indochina, which they likened to "divine eyes" that could cover all movements, a seemingly impregnable fortress in the air.
Many comprehensive activities attract tourists to Ba Den Mountain on the occasion of April 30 - May 1
On this occasion, when coming to Ba Den Mountain, you can also participate in many meaningful experiences during the Vesak month such as the Buddha bathing ceremony at Tay Bo Da Son Square to celebrate the Buddha's birth; See the Buddhist-themed painting exhibition by artist Hoang Phong with 45 paintings which are famous spiritual destinations across the country. If you come to Ba Den Mountain on Saturday, don't forget to stay the evening to attend the ceremony to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs, and offer prayers for peace, luck and happiness to the Buddhas.
