In order to ensure a safe and friendly tourism environment during the April 30 - May 1 holiday, Thua Thien Hue province has announced two hotline numbers: 0234.3828288 and 0234.3501111. This is a channel to receive information and feedback from tourists on issues such as service quality, prices, soliciting and stalking behavior, or incidents that arise during sightseeing and shopping.
The Tourism Promotion Center under the Department of Tourism of Thua Thien Hue will be the unit to receive and handle these calls. The hotline operates continuously to support tourists in a timely manner, contributing to building the image of safe and civilized Hue tourism.

It is expected that during the 5-day holiday, Hue will welcome about 150,000 visitors, with an estimated revenue of 300 billion VND. To best serve tourists, Hue tourism industry has implemented many measures such as strengthening inspection and supervision of compliance with regulations on tourism service business, ensuring product and service quality, security and order, environmental sanitation and food safety.
In addition, within the framework of the Four Seasons Festival and National Tourism Year - Hue 2025, the city will organize many unique cultural, culinary and tourism activities, such as the program "Hue - Culinary Capital" taking place from April 29 to May 2, with performances and experiences of 3-region cuisine, 3D culinary exhibition using AR technology, display and performance of fruit sculpture art.
It is expected that during the 5-day holiday, Hue will welcome about 150,000 visitors, with estimated revenue reaching 300 billion VND.
The establishment of the hotline is one of the local government's efforts to improve the quality of tourism services, build the image of Hue as a safe, friendly and attractive destination for domestic and foreign tourists, and promote sustainable development of Hue tourism.
