These are channels for receiving information and feedback from tourists regarding issues such as service quality, prices, harassment, or incidents that may occur during sightseeing and shopping.
The Tourism Promotion Center under the Thua Thien Hue Department of Tourism will be the unit receiving and processing these calls. The hotline operates continuously to provide timely support to tourists, contributing to building an image of Hue tourism as safe and civilized.

During the 5-day holiday period, Hue is expected to welcome approximately 150,000 visitors, generating estimated revenue of 300 billion VND. To best serve tourists, Hue's tourism industry has implemented various measures such as strengthening inspections and monitoring compliance with regulations on tourism service business, ensuring product and service quality, security and order, environmental hygiene, and food safety.
Furthermore, within the framework of the Four Seasons Festival and the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025, the city will organize many unique cultural, culinary, and tourism activities, such as the "Hue - Culinary Capital" program taking place from April 29th to May 2nd, featuring demonstrations and culinary experiences from the three regions of Vietnam, a 3D food exhibition using AR technology, and displays and performances of fruit carving art.
