Classic Champagne Cocktail
On a hot summer day, the cool sensation of touching a bottle of champagne just taken from the refrigerator is certainly one of the most wonderful things. This is a premium wine that has undergone a second fermentation with the addition of sugar and yeast. This second fermentation process also helps to transform the wine's flavor, making it more acidic, fruitier, or more yeasty. If it's a vintage champagne from a successful vintage, the flavor is even more exquisite. Not only is it a superb "ready-to-drink" wine, Champagne is also an ideal ingredient for cocktails.

Ingredient
1 sugar cube
3 drops of Angostura bitter wine
25ml Cognac
100 ml chilled Champagne
Making
Add a sugar cube and three drops of bitters to a glass of champagne.
Pour in the Cognac. Finally, gently pour in the chilled champagne.
Shake the glass gently before drinking.
Strawberry Mojito and Classic Mojito
This is a wonderful drink, a perfect way to say goodbye to spring and welcome the coming summer. Originating from Cuba, this refreshing beverage with juicy strawberries will make you feel refreshed and lighthearted in the summer sun, while relaxing with friends and family.

Ingredient
6 mint leaves (or basil leaves)
1 tablespoon mojiho syrup
Juice of half a small lemon
1 tablespoon of pureed fresh strawberries
Ice cubes
30 ml rum
Soda or champagne
Fresh strawberries are used for decoration.
Making
Add the mint leaves and mojito syrup. Stir until the mint is crushed and fragrant.
Pour in the lemon juice and ice. For a strawberry mojito, add pureed fresh strawberries to the glass.
Pour in the rum and then top with soda. If you want to increase the alcohol content, add 15-30ml of rum per glass, depending on your preference. A mojito can also be made more upscale by replacing the soda with champagne.
Stir well, garnish with whole strawberries, and serve immediately.
A classic, ice-cold mojito is the perfect combination of the sourness of fresh lime, the sweetness of sugar, the pungent aroma of mint leaves, the richness of rum, and, of course, the refreshing coolness of small ice cubes. Today, there are many variations of the mojito. Many places may use vodkas flavored with light fruit notes such as mango, strawberry, lychee, apple, raspberry, or tamarind.
Cosmopolitan and Tequila Sunrise
While Cosmopolitan is the perfect choice for sophisticated city ladies, Tequila Sunrise is a delightful drink for gentlemen on romantic dates, enjoying the salty sea breeze in a resort setting. Cosmopolitan, launched in 1979, is a superb blend of fresh lime, vodka, blueberry juice, and a hint of tangerine peel for a natural aroma. Tequila Sunrise, on the other hand, captivates with its wild tequila flavor and the intriguing transition between red and orange, reminiscent of a sunset.

Ingredients (Cosmopolitan)
40 ml Citron Vodka
15 ml Cointreau
30 ml cranberry juice
15 ml lemon juice
Making
Shake everything together in a shaker before pouring into a glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
The key to making a perfect Cosmopolitan is having a chilled Martini glass. If your ingredients are already chilled, there's no need to shake it for too long. You can substitute lime juice with a few drops of fresh lime, but make sure you can control the acidity to your liking.
Ingredients (Tequila Sunrise)
45 ml Tequila
15 ml Grenadine
90 ml orange juice
Making
Pour tequila and orange juice into the glass.
Pour in the Grenadine. The Grenadine will sink to the bottom of the tray.
Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange.
Similar to the Cosmopolitan, you should chill the glass before making this cocktail. The wild flavor of Mexican agave core in tequila blends with the refreshing tropical notes of orange, offering a delightful taste experience.
