1. Lambrusco Spritz
While a good Lambrusco is perfect on its own, pairing it with a Spritz creates a drink that is both interesting and surprising. The Lambrusco Spritz features a refreshing orange and bitter grapefruit flavor, with a hint of olive oil.

Recipe
Preparation: 15 ml Amaro (e.g. Averna, Montenegro, or Nonino), 15 ml fresh grapefruit juice, 90 ml dry or off-dry Lambrusco, Soda
Fill a lowball glass with ice, add Amaro and grapefruit juice
Fill glass with Lambrusco and Soda
Stir gently
Garnish with a grapefruit segment and olives
2. Stone Einspänner
The smooth, soft cream layer is like a sweet greeting before the cold, bitter glass of wine below.

Recipe
Preparation: 60 ml whipping cream, 2 teaspoons sugar, a little salt, 1 cup cold brew coffee
Beat the cream, sugar and salt until the mixture is slightly thickened, so that the cream has a medium consistency, smooth, light and pourable.
Add ice to the coffee and pour the cream mixture on top.
Use a small sieve to lightly dust with cocoa powder.
3. Spicy Cucumber Margaritas
A cocktail that is both beautiful and delicious, with a blue color like a green field.

Recipe
Preparation: 1 thinly sliced cucumber, a little coriander, 20 ml sugar syrup, finely grated fresh lemon peel, 20 ml lemon juice (or yellow lemon), 1/2 teaspoon chopped green chili, salt, 40-60 ml Tequila (depending on strength of preference)
Blend the cucumber, coriander, sugar, a little lemon zest, lemon juice and chopped chilli until the mixture is frothy and well combined.
Strain the mixture through a sieve and add a little salt.
Add Tequila to the strained mixture, set aside or refrigerate for 8 hours
Use lemon peel to wet the rim of the glass, put 3 tablespoons of salt on a small plate and press the rim of the glass into the salt plate.
Shake the chilled Margaritas mixture in a shaker and strain into a glass, adding ice.
Garnish with a slice or two of chili - or lemon
4. Iced milk coffee
As the New York Times recently described, "roasted coffee, hot water and condensed milk - that's all it takes to have a peaceful afternoon with a cup of Vietnamese-style milk coffee."

Recipe
Preparation: 25g (2-3 spoons) pure coffee, 2-3 spoons condensed milk (ratio 1 milk: 1 coffee), 100ml boiling water, coffee filter
Put condensed milk into the coffee cup
Put coffee powder into the filter and shake gently.
Place the filter on the coffee cup, use the press plate to lightly press the coffee powder down.
Let cool for 1-2 minutes after boiling water, pour enough water to cover the coffee to brew the coffee.
After about 1-2 minutes, pour water until almost full and then close the lid.
Wait for the coffee to drain completely then stir well with condensed milk.
Pour the milk coffee into a glass of ice.
5. Peach tea
What's better than enjoying fragrant slices of toast with a glass of sweet peach tea on an autumn day?

Recipe
Preparation: 1 black tea bag, 100g ripe peach (peeled, pitted, chopped) or 150ml peach juice, 10ml lemon juice
Steep tea bag in 100 ml of hot water for 2 minutes
If using fresh peaches: blend peaches with the soaked tea and a little lemon juice until smooth, then pour into a glass jar and add ice.
If using peach juice: Pour tea into a cup, add peach juice and lemon juice, stir well, add ice.
Add more lemon juice if too sweet, or add more sugar if not sweet enough.
Decorate your tea cup with peach slices
Tip: Use 100% pure peach juice with no added sugar.
6. Amaro sour
An easy drink and easy to make, with an incredibly pleasant taste.

Recipe
2 cherries, 1 grapefruit slice, 6g sugar, 60ml gin, 30ml amaro, 20ml lemon juice
Marinate 1 cherry, half a grapefruit slice and sugar in a shaker until sugar dissolves.
Add Gin, Amaro, lemon juice and ice
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds
Pour into a lowball glass and add ice.
Garnish with a cherry and the remaining half grapefruit slice.
7. Long Island Iced Tea
With this recipe, you probably won't even realize it, but you're drinking five different spirits.

Recipe
Prepare 20 ml Vodka, 20 ml Gin, 20 ml White Rum, 20 ml Blanco Tequila, 20 ml Triple Sec, 20 ml Sugar, 20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 5 ml Lemon Juice, 1/4 teaspoon Salt, Coco-Cola
Add ice, Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Triple sec, sugar syrup and lemon juice to a large pitcher.
Add salt to bring out the flavor
Use a wooden spoon to stir until the bottle feels cold to the touch and the ice melts slightly (about 30 seconds).
Fill the cup with Coca-Cola
Garnish with lemon slices, sprinkle with salt if desired.
8. Cucumber Agua Fresca with Mint and Ginger
A light appetizer with fresh ginger and refreshing mint syrup.

Recipe
Preparation: fresh mint leaves, 64g sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup hot water, 2 sliced cucumbers, 55g washed and chopped fresh ginger, 1 lemon
Crush mint leaves, sugar and salt in a bowl. Pour hot water over and stir until sugar and salt dissolve. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Place the cucumber, ginger, and lemon juice in a blender, add a cup of cold water, and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve, pressing gently to remove excess water. Pour the mixture into a pitcher.
Using a strainer, pour the mint syrup into another pitcher. Pour 60 ml of the strained syrup into the Agua Freshca mixture. Add more syrup or lemon juice to taste. Cover the remaining syrup and refrigerate for later use.
Pour Agua Freshca into a glass, add ice, garnish with mint leaves.
9. Salted lemon spritzer
An easy mocktail to make with just a pitcher of lemonade and some ginger.

Recipe
Preparation: 1/4 lemon (seeded, peeled and chopped), a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, ginger beer or ginger kombucha
Add lemon and salt to a large wine glass, pressing lightly with a spoon.
Add lemon juice and ginger, add ice
Fill the glass with ginger beer
Garnish with ginger or fresh lemon slices
10. Tequila Soleil
Unique drink that combines beer and cocktail, creating a beautiful ombre color.

Recipe
Prepare 15 ml Reposado Tequila, 25 ml red bitter liqueur (e.g. Campari, Cappelletti or Contratto Bitter), 15 ml Blanc or Sweet Vermouth, 120-170 ml chilled IPA beer
Pour Tequila, Liqueur and Vermouth into Collins Glass
Add beer to taste (the less beer, the stronger and more bitter it will taste)
Add ice and enjoy
