
The idea for the 2017 Mooncake Collection stems from the 10th anniversary of the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel's premium mooncake brand, featuring unique flavors handcrafted by the hotel's pastry team. Each box of mooncakes is a gift commemorating 10 years of upholding the Sheraton brand's commitment to quality and distinctive, premium flavors.

The hotel is launching six different mooncake flavors, made from familiar traditional Vietnamese ingredients such as glutinous rice flakes, young coconut, cashews, mung beans, and green tea. In addition, customers also have the opportunity to sample a novel blend of high-quality imported ingredients such as dried dates, dried apricots, and walnuts. The six flavors include: Green tea and dried apricot mooncake, Lotus seed, walnut, and salted egg mooncake, Pandan leaf, lotus seed, and salted egg mooncake, Taro and date mooncake, Glutinous rice flake and young coconut mooncake, and Mung bean, cashew, and salted egg mooncake.

The 2017 Mooncake Collection includes four types of boxes with modern designs for customers to choose from according to their individual preferences:
- Box of 2 cakes, 180g each.
- Box of 4 cakes, 180g each.
- Box of 6 cakes, 100g each.
- Box of 3 cakes (180g each) and wine.
The cakes will be available for sale from August 2017 at the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. Prices start from VND390,000 per box.
