To prepare for this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, Sheraton Hanoi Hotel has launched a collection of 4 types of mooncake boxes with luxurious and modern designs, but the flavors inside are made from traditional and natural ingredients such as green rice, young coconut, cashew nuts, pine nuts, dates...

 

The idea of ​​the 2017 Mooncake collection comes from the 10th anniversary of the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel's high-class mooncake brand with unique flavors, handcrafted by the hotel's pastry team. Each box of mooncakes is like a gift marking 10 years of keeping the commitment to quality and unique classy flavors of the Sheraton brand.

The hotel launched 6 different flavors of mooncakes, made from familiar traditional Vietnamese ingredients such as green rice, young coconut, cashew nuts, green beans, green tea... In addition, customers also have the opportunity to taste a new blend of quality imported ingredients such as dried dates, dried apricots, walnuts... 6 flavors of mooncakes include: Green tea and dried apricots, Lotus seed, walnut and salted egg, Pandan leaf, lotus seed and salted egg, Taro and date, Green rice and young coconut, Green bean, cashew and salted egg.

 

 

The 2017 Mooncake Collection includes 4 types of boxes with modern designs for customers to choose according to their individual requirements:

  • Box of 2 cakes, 180gr each
  • Box of 4 cakes, 180gr each
  • Box of 6 cakes, 100gr each
  • Box of 3 cakes, 180gr each, and wine

The cake will be sold from August 2017 at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel. Price from VND390,000/box.
