Traveloka Epic Sale 2023 brings international travel closer to Vietnamese tourists

The Traveloka Epic Sale 2023 campaign recorded a 2.3 times increase in app and website traffic during Flash Sale hours, attracting more than 371,000 viewers to watch Livestreams and reaching more than 32,000 downloads of the Traveloka app to devices. The number of customers booking for the April 30 holiday doubled compared to the previous week. Data from Traveloka Epic Sale 2023 also showed that the number of international bookings doubled compared to the previous month - a clear evidence that Vietnamese tourists have strongly responded to foreign travel.

Among the international destinations listed in the program, Thailand has become the most popular destination for Vietnamese tourists because of its cheaper airfares and hotel rooms compared to the average price in Southeast Asian countries. The number of bookings to Thailand for tourism has increased 3 times compared to the previous month. In addition, other foreign destinations such as Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, etc. have also attracted the attention of Vietnamese tourists.
