In addition, he has also received many other awards such as "3 Red Chef Hats" by Gault & Millau Guide - France, 5-star title by Mobil Travel Guide - USA. Not only that, he was also nominated as the president of Bocused d'Or Asia Pacific, a prestigious award for chefs worldwide. Bruno was also a famous judge for the program MasterChef Asia (season 1), a famous reality TV show on Lifetime Asia channel.
With over 20 years of experience in Asia and over 15 years in Europe and America, Chef Bruno wishes to share his culinary art in every corner of the world. “Never give up on your dream! On Wednesday, March 21, Chef Menard and the general manager of Hôtel des Arts Saigon will be present at the French Consulate to attend the award ceremony for the best young chefs of the Bocuse d'Or Vietnam 2018 season.
