Bruno is considered a culinary king thanks to his wealth of awards, both big and small, most notably the 3 Michelin stars he received in the inaugural edition of the Michelin Guide Tokyo while working at L'Osier in Tokyo, Japan. He has also received numerous other accolades, including "3 Red Chef Hats" from the Gault & Millau Guide (France) and a 5-star rating from the Mobil Travel Guide (USA). Furthermore, he was nominated as the president of the Bocused d'Or Asia Pacific, a prestigious award for chefs worldwide. Bruno also served as a renowned judge on MasterChef Asia (season 1), a popular reality TV show on Lifetime Asia.

With over 20 years of experience in Asia and more than 15 years in Europe and America, Chef Bruno aspires to share his culinary artistry in every corner of the world. “Never give up on your dreams! Cook with all your heart and always choose the freshest ingredients. Becoming a chef is the best thing because you will be the one bringing joy and happy smiles to people. That’s something not everyone can do,” Bruno Menard shared.

For this March culinary journey, discerning diners can enjoy a five-course dinner featuring a creative, sophisticated, and skillfully crafted menu from a renowned chef, paired with five premium wines, for 3,388,000++ per person.

Notably, Chef Menard's culinary journey to Vietnam this time is also part of the international culinary event Goût. The Social Club restaurant at Hôtel des Arts Saigon is honored to be one of over 3000 renowned restaurants and chefs from five continents contributing to bringing the exquisite cuisine and art of French and international living to Vietnamese diners. On Wednesday, March 21st, Chef Menard and the CEO of Hôtel des Arts Saigon will be present at the French Consulate to attend the awards ceremony for the best young chefs of the Bocuse d'Or Vietnam 2018 season.
