
Chef Kent has over 15 years of experience working in major restaurants and hotels across various countries, gaining invaluable expertise in cooking and kitchen management. He has previously served as head chef at Royal China Restaurant and Equator Hotel in Malaysia, Thansur Bokor Highland Hotel in Cambodia, and Ah Yat Abalone Restaurant in Hong Kong.
Exposure to diverse cultures has given him a wonderful opportunity to learn about local cuisine. Indeed, diners cannot miss the Cantonese and modern Chinese-style dishes, or the fresh seafood if they want to experience Chef Kent's exceptional talent. The extensive menu at Ming Restaurant will feature additional signature dishes such as: steamed sea bass in Cantonese sauce, Hong Kong-style boneless chicken, and shrimp and scallops in special sauce.
With his exceptional talent, Chef Kent has participated in and won numerous Gold and Silver medals at cooking competitions in Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries.
