Sofitel Plaza Hanoi is delighted to welcome Chinese Chef Charles Kent to its ambassadorial team as Executive Chef. Chef Kent’s talent and creativity will contribute to making the dishes at the Hotel even more appealing.

Chef Kent has over 15 years of experience working in major restaurants and hotels in many countries, gaining valuable experience in the field of cooking and kitchen management. He has held executive chef positions at Royal China Restaurant and Equator Hotel in Malaysia, Thansur Bokor Highland Hotel in Cambodia, and Ah Yat Abalone Restaurant in Hong Kong.

Exposure to diverse cultures has given him a great opportunity to learn local cuisine. Indeed, diners cannot miss Cantonese and modern Chinese dishes, or fresh seafood dishes if they want to enjoy Chef Kent's special talent.
