Metropole Hanoi and the April Culinary Program

18/04/2018

Following the Goût De France event held at the end of March, the Metropole Hanoi Hotel continues to treat Hanoi's food lovers with unique culinary flavors from France, Australia, and India in its April Culinary Program.

The April culinary program begins with a fine champagne dinner featuring the world-renowned Billecart - Salmon brand, in the romantic setting of Le Balcon du Metropole at 6:30 PM on April 5th, priced at VND 1,200,000 per person.

In particular, diners will have the opportunity to learn about the history of champagne and the secrets of making fine champagne through the "story" of Mr. Sebastien Papin – Director of the Asia Pacific region of Billecart-Salmon.

From April 7th to 24th, discerning diners will be treated to the "Flavors of Australia" program, featuring renowned Australian dishes and wines at Le Club Bar restaurant.

The highlight of this April culinary festival is the culinary artistry featuring signature Indian dishes brought to the Spices Garden restaurant at Metropole Hanoi by "master chef" Halim Ali Khan.
