The Red River Stone Beach is one of the must-see destinations when it comes to picnics in Hanoi. Besides the presence of many colorful flowers, this is also an ideal stop to experience nature in a different way, find inspiration and relax after stressful working days. Or simply a place for friends to meet and create wonderful memories.

The sky was blue, the grass was green, Ninh Tito and Phan Y Yen wore outfits with blue and white as the main colors, close to nature. All 3 characters were immersed in the fresh atmosphere of the exciting outdoor party.

A picnic cannot be without an exciting outdoor party. To make the meal more unique, the group of friends prepared local ingredients and food to create a rich cuisine combining Italian and Vietnamese culture. With a bit of charm of the seductive aftertaste and the excitement of opening the bottle of Terre Forti Novebolle sparkling wine, it brought a wonderful wine tasting experience, creating a connection between friends and memorable moments.

The unique point of the picnic is also the menu of dishes to enjoy with wine. Examples include: Antipasto, Burrata salad, Spaghetti basil pesto, Tiramisu. Most of the dishes are easy to prepare, convenient for a picnic.

Explaining more about choosing the menu when combining dishes with Terre Forti Novebolle sparkling wine, Chef Hungazit said: “After trying Terre Forti Novebolle's wine lines, I chose two bottles of sparkling wine that I liked: Terre Forti Novebolle Extra Dry, Romagna DOC and Terre Forti, Novebolle Rose Sparkling, Extra Dry, Romagna DOC to name this menu. It is very suitable for traditional Italian dishes. However, when we combine some original Vietnamese ingredients and flavors into those dishes, it brings a very new and interesting experience. Terre Forti Novebolle sparkling wine is suitable for hot afternoons in late summer or early autumn afternoons when enjoying a light meal with friends.”

The party started with the first appetizer, Antipasto. This dish featured: Vietnamese smoked pork combined with mac khen, doi seeds, Vietnamese fruits and Hai Duong red rice paper. With these dishes, Chef Hungazit paired them with Terre Forti Novebolle Sparkling Extra Dry wine, which has a bright straw yellow color, a delicate floral aroma and a hint of fruit. The delicious taste of the wine with a long-lasting layer of fine foam created excitement right from the start of the party.

Still the second appetizer but named Burrata salad with Vietnamese water spinach, will be even more refreshing when enjoyed with a bottle of Terre Forti Novebolle Sparkling Extra Dry sparkling wine.

Next is the main course with Spaghetti with basil sauce and salmon combined with Terre Forti Novebolle Sparkling Extra Dry sparkling wine. The delicious wine flavor and smooth foam create a crunchy feeling in the mouth when enjoyed. Stimulates the taste buds when enjoying the dish.

To end the party, all three friends enjoyed Tiramisu dessert. When eating Dalat strawberries with Tiramisu, you can feel the attractive yet moderately sweet aftertaste. In terms of smell, when taking a sip, it makes every cell on the tip of the tongue more stimulated and we can feel the flavor of each dish more clearly. Because this wine will not be harsh or overpower the taste of the food, but the aftertaste is even more attractive.”

Terre Forti Novebolle is a sparkling wine loved all over the world, but few people know that its distinctive taste was inspired by a famous but forgotten Romagna wine. Modern Italians discovered the beauty and quality of Romagna wine through historical documents – many of which showed that this wine could be compared to Champagne. The desire and expectation to enjoy this fresh, clear taste prompted them to research further. And so Terre Forti Novebolle was created – in a project to revive the famous and mysterious Romagna wine industry of Italian wine lovers. The name Novebolle is also inspired by the tradition and culture of the Romagna region with the combination of “Nove” (“nine” – the number representing the 9 hills where the wine is made) and “bolle” (sparkling).

Terre Forti Novebolle is currently one of Italy's newest DOC sparkling wines. DOC stands for "Denominazione di Origine Controllata". This is Italian for "Controlled Wine Grape Origin". This is a rating system used in Italy to guarantee the quality and origin of wines. To be classified as DOC, Terre Forti Novebolle sparkling wines must comply with strict regulations on growing regions, grape varieties and winemaking techniques.

What gives Terre Forti Novebolle its distinctive refreshing taste lies in its unique winemaking technique. Novebolle wines undergo an initial fermentation at a controlled temperature – this brings out the floral and fruity aromas of the wine. This is followed by a secondary fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature and pressure for thirty days, resulting in a delicious and refreshing foam. And with a blend of different grape varieties, each Terre Forti Novebolle wine has its own unique color.

First is Terre Forti, Novebolle Sparkling, Extra Dry - sparkling wine. With a prominent and beautiful black label design, Terre Forti, Novebolle Sparkling, Extra Dry is an easy-to-drink sparkling wine, suitable for an appetizer at a light party. Novebolle Sparkling, Extra Dry brings a delicate aroma with floral and light fruity scents. The sparkling rosé wine Terre Forti, Novebolle Rosé Sparkling, Extra Dry with white label exudes a bright, luxurious look.
