The Red River Stone Beach is one of the must-visit destinations when it comes to picnics in Hanoi. Besides the abundance of vibrant flowers, it's also an ideal stop to experience nature in a unique way, find inspiration, and relax after stressful workdays. Or simply, it's a place for reunions with friends to create wonderful memories.

Under a clear blue sky and lush green trees, Ninh Tito and Phan Ý Yên wore outfits predominantly in shades of blue and white, blending seamlessly with nature. All three immersed themselves in the refreshing atmosphere of the delightful outdoor party.

To make the meal even more unique, the group of friends prepared local ingredients and food, creating a rich culinary experience that blended Italian and Vietnamese cultures. They are very suitable with traditional Italian dishes. However, when we combine some original Vietnamese ingredients and flavors into those dishes, it creates a very new and interesting experience. Terre Forti Novebolle sparkling wine is perfect for hot summer afternoons or early autumn afternoons when enjoying a light meal with friends.”

The meal kicked off with the first appetizer, Antipasto. This dish features Vietnamese smoked pork combined with mắc khén (a type of spice), hạt dổi (a type of spice), Vietnamese fruits, and Hải Dương red rice crackers. Chef Hungazit paired these with Terre Forti Novebole Sparkling Extra Dry wine, which boasts a bright straw-yellow color and delicate floral and fruity aromas. The wine's delicious flavor and long-lasting, smooth foam created an exciting start to the meal.

The second appetizer, this time called Burrata salad with Vietnamese purslane, will be even more refreshing when enjoyed with a bottle of Terre Forti Novebolle Sparkling Extra Dry wine.

Next up is the main course: Spaghetti with basil sauce and salmon, paired with Terre Forti Novebole Sparkling Extra Dry wine. The wine's delicious aroma and fine foam create a delightful sensation in the mouth, enhancing the overall culinary experience.

Terre Forti Novebolle is a globally beloved sparkling wine, but few know that its distinctive flavor is inspired by a famous but forgotten Romagna wine. Modern Italians discovered the beauty and quality of Romagna wines through historical documents – many of which provide evidence that this wine can rival champagne. The desire to enjoy its refreshing, crisp taste spurred them to conduct further research. And that's how Terre Forti Novebolle was created – in a project to revive the renowned and mysterious Romagna wine industry for Italian wine enthusiasts. The name Novebolle is also inspired by the traditions and culture of the Romagna region, combining "Nove" ("nine" – a number symbolizing the nine hills where the wine is produced) and "bolle" (sparkling).

Currently, Terre Forti Novebolle is one of Italy's newest DOC sparkling wines. DOC stands for "Denominazione di Origine Controllata," which means "Control of Origin of Wine Grapes" in Italian. It's a rating system used in Italy to ensure the quality and origin of wines. To be classified as DOC, Terre Forti Novebolle sparkling wine must adhere to strict regulations regarding the vineyard region, grape variety, and winemaking techniques.

The Novebolle wines first undergo a controlled fermentation process – a stage that imparts floral and fruity aromas. Sharing her feelings about the Italian-style party combined with local Vietnamese cuisine, enhanced by the presence of inspiring and connecting glasses of wine, Phan Ý Yên said: “I think every party should have a little wine, especially if it's a good wine that suits both men and women, it will greatly enhance the taste. People will also connect more easily and chat more happily. I personally quite like wine, and when I tried Terre Forti Novebelle, it was very suitable for an outdoor party in the late summer/early autumn weather like this. It wasn't too filling or too heavy in alcohol content, and the slight fizz in the wine stimulated my taste buds and digestion a lot.”
