Autumn scent
Wandering aimlessly through the summer streets, one realizes that autumn is already approaching. The autumn air is slightly damp, like raindrops rolling languidly between leaves, gently swaying the trees, casting long, spreading shadows, and letting the mature sunlight fill the space, converging into a scene of countless shades of green and gold, falling gently and indifferently.
The autumn breeze rustles the old flower branches, the cool autumn air like blossoming flowers on the doorstep stirred by the twilight wind… the entire space is intoxicated with the naive innocence of the nascent streets.

Of the four seasons, autumn is not a harmonious, central season, but rather a season that brings about a cycle of change, the inseparable spark that ignites the entirety of time. It is not as vibrant as summer flowers, nor as intoxicating as spring blossoms; each autumn flower simply casts its shadow, exuding a rich fragrance. What is that scent, so sweet like the scent of autumn amidst the earth and sky of love? The seemingly desolate scene stirred a sense of emotion within me.
The Taste of Autumn
It's common for emotions to change with the seasons. With the arrival of autumn, escaping the harshness and irritation of the fiery summer, people become gentler. The weather affects people, and therefore it affects taste. Speaking of taste, it's important to know that the five flavors didn't originate from or for humans, yet in our mouths they harmonize, leading to a standard of "delicious." But where does deliciousness come from? What constitutes deliciousness? What determines what is delicious in life and in people?
The essence of cuisine lies in purifying and regulating flavors to ensure nutritional balance and harmony with nature; deliciousness stems from this harmony. A delicious taste is a harbinger of the harmony between self and all living things, between a person's character and the flourishing growth of all creatures. Therefore, what to eat to find delicious—in essence, it's simply about finding the "flavor" that compensates for what is lacking in one's spirit. The food and drink blend together to create a delicious flavor..

Now let's talk about the taste of autumn. The taste of autumn is neither bitter nor spicy, neither bland nor sweet, but rather salty. It sounds illogical, yet it's true. First, the strong aroma intensifies the flavor; the fragrant scent doesn't linger here but drifts far away on the wind, the whole earth and sky breathing in that aroma, so the taste slowly fades, becoming richer and more intense. A leisurely mood lingers, and both the cook and the eater, in that state of mind, clearly perceive the salty flavor.
Next, we must mention Hanoi's autumn. The myriad flavors of its cuisine are shaped by the land, while the exquisite aromas are a gift from the heavens. Hanoi may not be the most beautiful city, but it is a place where a thousand years of culture converge – it's no coincidence that generations of Hanoians have passed down such a tranquil way of life – so even though it's not the most beautiful, it is incredibly special. This is the land chosen by the sacred dragon, and it is also the place that nurtured the proud and heroic spirit of its people.flying car"A convergence of excellence"—it sounds impressive, but anyone who truly understands excellence knows that within it lies a bitter, astringent taste, the bitterness of a thousand years of history. Therefore, Hanoi's autumn cuisine cannot be underestimated. It is a synthesis of bustling streets and profound accumulated history; a place where negative energies dissipate and the human spirit is nurtured.

I'm like drawing a map; you take it and follow your own feelings to discover the essence of Hanoi's autumn.
Anyway, where you eat isn't that important, as long as you eat from the heart.
