As a typical fish of Lagi sea area, yellow mackerel is always favored by locals and tourists, because the fish meat has a sweet, fragrant taste. There is nothing better than eating it with rice paper rolls with cucumber and green vegetables after freely swimming in the clear blue sea water.

The sardines have a small body, 10-15 cm long, and are caught by fishermen in the coastal waters. Coming here, visitors can borrow small baskets and a few fishing rods to practice being fishermen. After being caught, the fish is cleaned, all the bones are removed, the fillet is cut into thin slices, then lemon juice is squeezed on it and left for 5-10 minutes until cooked. Then mix it with green onions, carrots, peanuts, fried onions, salt and pepper... to suit the taste.
