Pan Pacific
The 2024 mooncake collection from Pan Pacific Hanoi Hotel is a harmonious blend of traditional cultural values and modern artistic flair. Through its minimalist, elegant yet luxurious design, "Fragrance of the Moon" tells the story of the full moon night, journeying back in time to the beauty of the full moon and the maiden of yesteryear.
In the turbulent and poetic flow of history, the gentle and graceful beauty of young women in wooden clogs and flowing ao dai dresses has entered poetry, music, and art as a material that awakens all kinds of emotions. It's no wonder that many young men who leave Hanoi never forget their "muse" back home. This became the inspiration for the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival Mooncake Collection "Huong Vien Sac Nguyet," aiming to honor traditional values while also embracing artistic innovation, suitable for mooncakes – a gift expressing heartfelt sentiments on the occasion of the full moon.
The 2024 Mooncake Collection "Fragrance of the Garden and the Beauty of the Moon"
The warm, deep blue hue complements the silk-covered brocade fabric, contributing to the elegant and shimmering beauty of the collection when viewed under natural light. Each intricate floral pattern, meticulously engraved in rose gold, recreates a blooming imperial garden, rivaling the beauty of a young maiden in her prime. Particularly noteworthy is the box lid, featuring a knot made from intertwined long threads, conveying a wish for eternal unity and harmonious friendship, a perfect gift for customers and their loved ones this Mid-Autumn Festival.
Pan Pacific Hanoi's mooncakes offer a culinary journey with 6 types of fillings, all handcrafted from premium, fresh, and exceptionally healthy ingredients: lotus seed and salted egg yolk filling, mung bean and almond salted egg yolk filling, melon and salted egg yolk filling, ham and salted egg yolk filling, taro and salted egg yolk filling, and chocolate with cream cheese filling.
"Huong Vien Sac Nguyet" celebrates traditional values while also embracing innovative artistic elements.
The collection offers 16 different box types, including: a box of 4 small cakes (or 4 large cakes), a box of 8 small cakes, a box of 6 large cakes, and especially a VIP box that comes with tea, wine, and premium gifts, creating valuable gifts that serve as a bridge to connect family, friends, and partners, fostering the complete beauty of family reunion.
Sheraton Hanoi
Celebrating Sheraton Hanoi's 20th anniversary, the Mid-Autumn Festival captures the inspiring story and proud heritage of that long journey through its "Legacy" mooncake collection.
Introducing the Legacy Mooncake Collection to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.
First introduced to customers in 2007, the mooncakes of the Sheraton Hanoi Hotel are handcrafted by skilled pastry chefs under the guidance of Executive Pastry Chef Nguyen Thi Hong Ly and General Chef Nguyen Cong Chung, and have since held a special place in the hearts of customers. Each mooncake embodies not only the familiar flavors of the Mid-Autumn Festival but also a subtly interwoven modern spirit – a promise of 5-star quality and prestige that Sheraton has perfectly upheld throughout its nearly two-decade journey.
This year, for the full moon festival, the artisans at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel are proud to present six unique mooncake flavors: mooncakes with green tea, lotus seed, and dried apricot filling; mooncakes with raspberry and pumpkin seed filling; traditional mixed nut mooncakes; mooncakes with black sesame and walnut filling; mooncakes with red bean and salted egg yolk filling; and mooncakes with lotus seed, walnut, and salted egg yolk filling.
These cakes are the creations of Chef Hong Ly and her team.
The collection utilizes the distinctive architectural features of the Sheraton Hanoi as its main design style. These include the classic tiled roofs that have welcomed countless guests, and the gentle glow of the full moon on this once-famous Hanoi building. The efforts to find a point of convergence between the brand and the moment of harmony during the Mid-Autumn Festival were later recreated through the waves created by the patterns on the hotel's iconic imagery and the colors representing the elements formed from heaven and earth.
Sharing more about the collection, Ms. Tiffany Hwang, General Manager of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel, proudly stated: “The 'Legacy' collection is a special tribute to our valued customers who have made significant contributions to the milestones Sheraton Hanoi Hotel has achieved over the past 20 years, from the very first steps that laid the foundation for its position as one of the most prestigious 5-star hotels in the heart of Hanoi. At the same time, it is also Sheraton Hanoi's most sincere wish to our customers for a joyful, complete, and fulfilling Mid-Autumn Festival.”
