Vietnam - the soul of Louis Vuitton's new Travel Campaign

11/09/2019

Louis Vuitton recently launched this year's Travel Campaign, with the theme of core and eternal values. The famous fashion house chose historical landscapes of Vietnam to express the "soul" of travel (Spirit of Travel).

The campaign is told as a leisurely trip: photographer Angelo Pennetta captures the moments when three models Rianne van Rompaey, Fei Fei Sun and Kit Butler stroll through the beautiful landscapes of Vietnam - from Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh to little-known temples. In contrast to the open and open landscape, each shot shows the peace and magic of the journey, with the highlight being the iconic leather goods of Louis Vuitton.

Representing the suspension of time, the campaign emphasizes the importance of imagination and escapism – two key Louis Vuitton spirits – and invites us to slow down and enjoy the essentials. Through the breathtaking landscapes of Vietnam, Pennetta’s camera proves that timeless moments can be found in the most fleeting of moments.
